- Trevor Milton is waiting to start a four-year prison sentence for defrauding investors. The FT is out with a piece on Trevor Milton's attempts to put his buddies on the Nikola board, including reality TV star Dave Sparks aka "Heavy D".
The brazenness is shocking to say the least! Milton, Kalanick and Neumann are all cut from the same cloth. So is Musk by the way, the only difference being that his companies actually make products that work (but he has also had his share of hype including Boring company, Hyperloop etc)

I think what is ridiculous that he only got 4 years in prison and only a one million dollar fine. I am not sure if his other assets derived from the company is even seized or not…(because it should be) the punishment is a joke…

Actually, this is a great time to post this video as a wake-up call for many people in a current economic tech environment where hype reigns supreme. Nikola was the king of hype.
