- My students asked for a few slower songs (that's hard for me!), but I think this one was a great choice. After I got vertigo, I realized I needed to move my eyes and head more often to keep my vestibular health in tune. Thus I included specific movements for just that purpose.

This song reminds me of my Dad who passed 13 years ago. He would love this because he was an avid and committed exercise enthusiast. He made exercise a priority every day and was physically fit throughout his life until Melanoma took his life before he turned 75. Thank you for sharing this song and beautiful routine. 🥰
