    I just found your videos and I am very happy to say all your hints on boating launching , docking, and so on I've been doing and teaching for years. I worked for Nautique dealer and to get certified to teach towing and boat safety. The instructor used me to teach everyone as he said you already know the right way. Really enjoy your videos will use to help me teach. Thanks and keep up the great work

    Hey, great video! The slower start tip helped me get my 8 y/o up on our last outing of the year last weekend, thank you, made our year! Secondly, is there anyway you could do a walkthrough or a smaller Malibu? like a 21MLX? interested to see what you lose at that price point....Thanks for all the great videos!!!

    What do you think of mastercrafts compared to Malibu’s and Supras?

    • @ChantelBoats

      I know a lot of people really like them, but I've never been a big fan. Personally I would pick a Malibu or a Supra over the MasterCraft.

    Hello I noticed in your video there was a gentleman sitting up in the bow with a flag. What is that used for? Thanks and I really enjoy your videos.

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  Před 3 lety +1

      That's a "rider down" flag. You hold it up whenever there is a rope or a person in the water to alert other boaters to give you extra room and watch for people in the water. Almost everywhere they are required by law to be in the boat with you and to have a person in the boat holding it up when necessary.

    Any suggestions for a kids first wake surf board to go with our Malibu 21vlx?

      Hi! I really like this one (you can get the one with optional straps so you have an option that could be easier for some kids to learn on!): www.activewake.com/shop/aws-pro-shop/wakesurf-jr/2021-liquid-force-gromi-wakesurf-board/

    What board do you recommend for teaching younger kids to surf?

    • @ChantelBoats
      @ChantelBoats  Před 2 lety

      Hey Erik! They make kids specific boards, like these:
      www.activewake.com/product-category/surf-main/kids-wakesurf-boards/
      I like the one with the straps (they can be removed), because if any kids struggle to get the board flat to their feet, those can help!
      If you don't want to buy a kid's specific board, a small adult board would work great.
