Thankful to be a Florida native. Never seen snow, never want to.

I need you to come live with me, not as my wife, I have one of those. But like on our property so you can teach us about the boat. These videos are amazing and when I say that, I am not overstating that. I almost sold our boat because of putting it on the trailer. Until I watched your video and realized I wasn't a horrible driver, the trailer was in too deep.
    Thank you again for these!

Branden Bates Chantel is even more awesome in person. We miss her in Idaho, but we are happy she’s still doing what she loves!

So glad I don't have to deal with this in AZ :)

Great video! I have invested in getting my boat ceramic coated. I got it done by a professional service called detail doctors in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! It def helps for those icky winter months

Great video, once again. Fortunately, we get to use ours all year!

@@ChantelBoats - I came back to your channel to see if there’s guidance on how to maintain a boat trailer. There are some on CZcams but none as good as the type you create. If you decide to create one, please message me!

Living in Florida I Wakesurf all year round just wear my wet suit in the so called Florida winter if needed but lake temp don't get much lower than 60 degrees usually in the peak of the winter here in Orlando.

As a first time boat owner your videos have been so helpful!!! I’ve watched tons of “how to” videos and yours have been the absolute best. Thanks so much, Chantel!

Do you have an older boat you can do cold start/hard starts on? Thanks

I gave the video a 👍🏻 but the topic gets a 👎. Winterizing is sad!

Great video. Do you know if the drain plug needs to stay out?

If you’re storing it outside, definitely. If it is inside, you could put them back in when it’s dry.

Thanks! A great video idea you can make is how to clean your boat and trailer. Maybe share what cleaning chemicals you use. They are so expensive, I would like to know what the pros use instead of trial and error and wasting my money. I heard that using bleach is bad. Major thanks from South Lake Tahoe!

To me the idea of spending a lot of money on a boat that you'll have to put away for several months every year doesn't make much sense which is why I didn't buy mine until I moved to Florida, and yes weather here is unpredictable but the longer I've had to put it away has been four days during hurricane Matthew...

So anyone who lives outside of extreme southern climates should never own a boat? Makes sense.
