Having Arcade stay in Freeside is definitely the better option. If he goes to the Dam and the NCR wins, they will figure out who his father was and he will go to prison.

@@gorsyy I found an old post from GameFAQ from 2011 saying that someone had the enclave attack them during Hoover dam battle, I’m not sure how valid that post is but it give me hope that it’s possible
I remember seeing a clip or a post where someone had them side with them NCR but sided with Caesar, if memory serves, they showed up on Caesar's side of the Dam, wasted the Legionaries, and called the player a murderer when they attacked the NCR but didn't become hostile. I would assume same in reverse, but I haven't personally tested either and it's been a bit.

I got this, but only because I found out about it from the internet. The first half of New Vegas is great, but after dealing with Benny my interest just dries up. I have no stake in the fight over the Dam and the Mojave, so why should I keep playing when it doesn't matter to me? I'm fine with going back to delivering post, thank you very much. Don't drag me into things I want no part of.
If you sign a non agression pact with the brotherhood AND recruit the remnants you're able to see brotherhood and enclave soldiers together

That's only if you side with the NCR. If you side with Yes Man, Gannon becomes a badass vigilante after fighting at the Dam.
