Although I do agree that it does not matter what color or ethnicity Jesus was; however as an Afro American, growing up I was bombarded with White images of the Christ. Most movies and film strips also depict Him in a white hue. Even in our early Black churches we displayed White images of Christ because that was all that was available during that time. I wonder how many White churches would consider displaying a Black image of the Christ.

Think there is only two possibilities after death. Either your faith is correct or wrong. What will happen if your faith turns out to wrong? Definitely, all of you will go to hell because Allah will not forgive those who believe that Jesus is a God.
On the otherhand, if your faith turns out to be correct then there is nothing to harm for all Muslims because we believe in Jesus and respect him more than you and follow Jesus more than any so called Christians. Muslims are safe at both ends. 😅

@@benedictnkairu2878 Did he really get confused? You do know that the scripture says that Jesus appointed the 12 disciples to be Apostles right? Is not Apostles more than what you describe them to be; and , could be the reason you don't agree? The word Apostle means to be an ambassador or a representative; but, there is more. Apostles start churches. They are the leaders of the church and they are called to appoint positions in the church. Jesus called the 12 to be the first to start churches. They were to take the teachings and trainings to the people. Paul, Apollos, and Timothy was also Apostles. Most of the epistles Paul wrote was to churches he established, moved away and wrote to them based on reports that he heard after he left. He was also training Timothy to be an Apostle; the book of 1 and 2 Timothy is Paul sharing some knowledge to Timothy on how he can become a better Apostle; it is the same situation with Titus where Paul is writing to him. 1 and 2 Peter is letters or epistles to churches he establish most likely, 1, 2, and 3 John, James for the book of James, Jude etc... the apostles would appoint positions and appoint a Pastor to run the church when God called the apostles to build another church.

Christ is the Holy Spirit, Paul said, in 2 Corinthians 3:17: now the Lord (Jesus) is that Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (freedom from. sin). So yes, Christ wrote the New Testament:his Spirit wrote the New Testament. Paul said, I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me; and the life I live in the flesh (in this body), I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, gave himself for me, Galatians 2:20. Moses was the Lord’s secretary, for the Lord (Jesus) told him what to write, and what to have Aaron say, Deuteronomy 6:1; Leviticus 8:5; Leviticus 6:1, 1:1, 4:1; Exodus 7:1,2. That law, which Moses gave to the people, was not the law of Moses, but the law of God. God told Moses, If ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: and ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests (a royal priesthood), the same thing Peter said, in 1Peter 2:9,10, and an holy nation. These are the words that thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. And Paul said that Christians are the Israel of God, Galatians 6.16. Exodus 19:5, 6.

That's a pagan day and if you think that God wants you to have anything to do with Paganism then you'd be wrong. Christmas means nothing and should never be treated as anything other than another day. No different than Dec 10 or 12 or any other day. Jesus was born when the shepherds were still living outdoors and in December its extremely cold so they wouldn't have been living outdoors when he was born. More likely he was born between July through possibly October.

I’m an orthodox christian and this is first time i’m hearing that Jesus wrote the new testament and second there are earliest description of of the appearance of Savior:
St. Nicephorus cites the description of Jesus by the 8th century church father John of Damascus, saying that Jesus resembled the Virgin Mary; He was beautiful and astonishingly tall, slightly stooped at the waist, with light-colored somewhat curly hair that had never touched His mother's; He had dark eyebrows, an oval face with a pale and swarthy appearance, bright eyes, and a countenance that exuded patience, generosity, and wisdom.
Here, too, is a description of the Savior from a letter sent by the head of the community of Jerusalem to the Roman Senate: In our time, says this letter, there appeared a man of great virtue, named Christ Jesus... He is tall, beautiful, has a noble countenance, so that whoever looks at him , love and fear conquers at the same time. He has wine-colored, honey-colored, wavy hair, even curled, which falls on his shoulders and is parted in the middle according to the custom of the Nazarenes. His forehead is clean and straight, and his face does not have a single spot or wrinkle, but it is pinkish. His nose is flawless, his beard is thick and broad, relatively short, it is also split in two, his eyes are blue and very bright. He is fearful when he reprehends, and full of love when he admonishes; he’s fun, but it always maintains its dignity. He was never seen laughing, but crying. His body and hands and feet are beautiful. Serious, humble and moderate in conversation, he is the most beautiful of humankind.

This is because 1) Joseph might have been old and passed away when Jesus was young, as he's not mentioned after Jesus' early years, and 2) because there are accounts of Jesus' brothers telling him to come out to speak with him. I was told that in Jesus' culture it was unacceptable for a younger brother to give orders to an older one.

There exist a couple of descriptions of Jesus from people who were alive at the same time as him. There is a letter from Pilate (Acta Pilate) following the crucifixion, in which he describes his first meeting with Jesus: 'One day in passing by the place of Siloe, where there was a great concourse of people, I observed in the midst of the group a young man who was leaning against a tree, calmly addressing the multitude. I was told it was Jesus. This I could easily have suspect, so great was the difference between him and those who were listening to him. His golden coloured hair and beard gave to his appearance a celestial aspect. He appeared to be about thirty years of age. Never have I seen a sweeter or more serene countenance. What a contrast between him and his hearers, with their black beards and tawny complexions.' There was also a document relating to Gamaliel’s interview with Joseph, Mary, and Massalian concerning Jesus, with descriptions of Joseph, Mary, and Jesus: 'Joseph is a wood workman. He is very tall and ugly. His hair looks as though it might have been dark auburn when young. His eyes are gray and vicious./ Mary is altogether a different character, and she is too noble to be the wife of such a man. She seems to be about 40-45 years of age, abounds with a cheerful and happy spirit, and is full of happy fancies. She is fair to see, rather fleshy, has soft innocent looking eyes, and seems to be naturally a good woman./ He (Massalian) said of Jesus, “If you ever meet him you will know him. While he is nothing but a man, there is something about that distinguishes him from every other man. He is the picture of his mother, only he has not her smooth round face. His hair is a little more golden that hers, though it is as much from sunburn as anything else. He is tall, and his shoulders are a little drooped; his visage is thin and or a swarthy complexion, though this is from exposure. His eyes are large and soft blue, and rather dull and heavy. The lashes are long, and his eyebrows very large. His nose is that of a Jew.' A study of DNA from a Galilee necropolis found that 'anomalous blue-eyed, fair-skinned people inhabited Israel 6,500 years ago'.

@Jasser Elabd He born with human body and holy spirit, which never have a death, his human body is died but not his holy spirit, he was taken into heaven 3rd day of his death, Adam was waiting for his saviour from the beginning , from the day he was kicked out of Aden.
But time passed and he came to earth only 2000 years before. All this things that is going to be happening was written in Old Testament and later in New Testament, which 2 in third was done or fulfilled and still yet to come.
As we are human we can only think like the world , not like holy , that's the reason for this kind of Questions.
His birth was already written in Old testament by prophets and also what he is going to do and his crucification and resurrection. This is not just a story of a human who just lived and died years before, its about eternity.
What else needed for the people of God to believe in him and wait for his second coming. If one is for the God, he will identify his creator and almighty. Rest of the people will be like blind, I mean not literally they are blind but their inner spirit is blind and deaf so that they never hear the words of God.
That is what we are seeing in this present world with many of us..... Those who have eyes let them see...One more thing I don't want to prove the God that I believe, but I am responsible to answer this question only for the glory of my God. 🤲🏼

I knew most of these lies about Jesus. I've heard that Jesus birth began to be celebrated on December 25th because that's the time pagans were celebrating the winter solstice. When it became legal to be a Christian throughout ancient Rome, celebrating Christmas at that time helped to convert pagans to Christianity. Many of our Christmas traditions came from celebrating the solstice- decorating with evergreens is one example.

The variances in the anointed one's name is that Hebrew/Aramaic, Greek, Latin, and English don't have the same alphabets or sounds. The Greeks did not have the yod or "y" sound in their alphabet, so they used iota and eta to try and reproduce the "y" sound of the Hebrew letter yod. This is called a transliteration, not a translation. Here's another example. In Hebrew, the word "anointed one" sounds like Mah-she-ach. The Greeks handled this title two ways. They tried to reproduce the sounds (transliteration) and came up with "messiah" (at least that's how we say it in English today). They also used their own word for anoint, Christos, which English speakers now say as Christ. That is a translation - finding a word in one language that means approximately the same thing in another language. The Greeks also did not have the "sh" sound. So they used sigma or s in English today. When English speakers call the anointed Yeshua "Jesus," they have created a whole new name from Greek errors and the shifting of the English language. The j is one of the last letters added to the English alphabet. If you look at a copy of the first King James versions of the Bible printed in 1611, you won't find the name Jesus in that first printing. That's because the letter j didn't exist yet.
Anyhow, it's a very involved negligence of truth. I now call Christ - Yeshua and I call upon the name of Yahweh God. I'm always seeking more truth ... more than what is taught in organized religion.

Those brothers and sisters to our Lord mentioned in the Gospels were actually close friends and disciples to our Lord, thus being his "brothers and sisters", but in a spiritually way, not literally. Blessed Mary was not only Virgin for the Conception of our Lord, but for her entirely life, and her Blessed Spouse, St. Joseph, should be revered for loving and taking care of Them (our Lord and His Mother) even though he was not our Lord's biological father, and for respecting his Wife's purity and the mandate of God our Lord to preserve it. Therefore, Blessed Mary, our Holy Mother, was Virgin from her pure conception (as She was created by God our Lord as the most perfect human being after Jesus Christ Himself) to the moment when She was taken, not only spiritually, but physically, by our Lord, Who ascended her to the Heavens a crowned her as Queen of the Heavens and Queen of all Christians under the imperium God our Lord.

    • @mrgm99
      @mrgm99 Před 3 lety +2

@@SonGoku-bn5di It's a matter of doctrine. If you do not believe it, then it's your choice and that's perfectly respectable, though I pray to Almighty God that He sends to you the grace of correct faith, as it is a divine grace given by Him. Keep praying to Our Lord, as that's fair and proper; keep believing in Him and in his Redemption work, and when He decides (if He decides so) that the moment has come, He will show you His Mother, who He Our Lord has gifted us to be our Mother as well. Just let me say that, though the Holy Scriptures are of course source of doctrine, they do not contain all the doctrine. Our Lord had many disciples, beginning by His Apostles, who lived with Him during his earthly life, and who heard and contemplated all of His teachings, some of them being contained in the Holy Scriptures, but many others just preached by the disciples through mouth-to-mouth preaching. Those preachings have persisted to our days. Moreover, our Lord, conscious as He was that He wouldn't be sharing earthly life with us eternally, instituted the Holy Church, to decide upon doctrinal matters that He, during His earthly life, dind't clarify.
Let me finish by saying that It's not me who's putting Blessed Mary in such a pedastool, but Our Lord Himself, Who's put her in such a throne, because She made merits, being a humble human and woman, much poorer in her nature than God and even His angels. She's the opposite of the Devil, who was great in his nature but became the worst among Our Lord's creation due to his sins, while She, of a poor human nature, became the greatest of Our Lord's creations after Jesus Christ, due to her loving nature, her purity and her voluntarily submission to God Our Lord's designs. Finally, it was not her who ascended herself to Heavens; it was God Our Lord who decided that She, His greatest creation after Jesus Christ, should, by virtue of her merits, be ascended, not only in soul, but in body, to His Holy Company, the same way Jesus Christ had done before (considering the difference that it was Jesus Christ who ascended Himself, as He is God, while Blessed Mary did not ascend by herself, but was ascended by God Our Lord). It was Jesus Christ who returned life to Lazarus. If He can do this, why wouldn't be able to ascend her earthly mother, who had, by the way, made merits enough to receive that honour? All the saved will one day, when Jesus Christ returns to judge God's living creations, be returned their bodies by decree of God Our Lord. The fact that Blessed Mary remains by the side of God Our Lord not only in soul, but in body as well, is not a qualitative, but quantitative matter, as all the saved one day will be by the side of God Our Lord in body as well. The honour She was gifted by God Our Lord was to free her from the temporarily separation between her body and her soul. To this separation we are called the rest of the saved, though it will be, as said, a matter of time, for when the moment of the Final Judgement comes, our souls will be associated again and forever with our renewed bodies, which we leave here on Earth at the moment of our death, to lie on Earth only to the moment of the Final Judgement, when the Paradise will be restored as it was before the original sin was commited.
May Our Lord be praised. Blessings to you, my brother.

However, until about a century ago, the Arabs in the Land of Israel never identified themselves as Palestinians, they were simply Arabs. Officially, during the British Mandate, Jews were also called Palestinians. There has never been a state in history called Palestine. The Arabs in Israel sought a name to unite around it, and adopted the name Palestine (which by the way they can not pronounce correctly, as you know there is no P in Arabic ..)
I find it funny to think what would have happened to Jesus if he had gone to Bethlehem today .. Most likely stones would have been thrown at him because he is actually a Jew ...

Israel is a country whose culture has been re-established on the basis of all the cultures that Jews brought with them and the general culture in the region.
