When I heard a Lockdown Alarm Go Off, I literally jumped out of my chair, because It was so silent in the classroom, and the sudden blaring of alarms scared the hell out of me. When we all went to our designated Lockdown Positions, I immediately started thinking of the odds of an actual lockdown happening compared to a drill, and I decided that it was just a drill, though it was weird that we were not told about it. A had significantly calmed down until I heard the sound of Police Car Sirens pulling into the Parking Lot. At that point, my heart jumped, and I noticed that A lot of other students were also starting to freak out. I saw the Shilloutte of people outside my classroom, I prayed that they were officers and not the people who set off the alarm. When the door began to open, I thought I was dead, thankfully though, it was just an officer making sure we were alright, then he left and went to the next classroom. Since my school was being renovated, our classroom was pretty much just a large box made out of metal sitting next to the parking lot, which meant that we would likely be the first place some criminal would go to. When the Lockdown ended, me and my friends all started making theories of what happened, some of them thought that the police silhouettes outside were the criminals. Although, we later learned that somebody in the Senior School had lied that he found a bomb in the classroom, thankfully it wasn't too serious. Despite it being a lie, it still scared me when it happened, and watching this video reminded me of that day. I can't imagine what would've happened if there actually was a bomb in the bathroom.
As a side note, it's kinda dumb to keep students in the school, hiding in their classroom when there is a bomb in the school, it would probably be much better to LEAVE THE SCHOOL.
No cap
Also, when I said "lied about a bomb in the classroom", I meant Bathrom
I feel sorry for you dude, that must have been terrifying. But holy cow how did you type so much!?
Dang that’s crazy, the worst thing that happened at my school was when one day this old man was scouting our school and our PE teacher went to go call the police and he got the principle and they both got him out of there, they never called a lockdown though
That’s probably right if there’s a live bomb in the building leave immediately it’s too dangerous to be in the building

I feel incredibly lucky to never have had to experience something like this in my school years... It’s terrifying how often it happens...
FRR it happens so much
We are incredibly blessed to have gone to a normal school, were normal things happened. The worst thing that would happen was a fight. I'm so glad I live where I do, because there has been one attempted score shooting in my county, and it didn't go over so well for the bad guy. He was intercepted before he could even get started. I'm not even going to ask where you're from because it's on the internet, but we don't play down where I'm from. There are some things that I know, that the cops know about for these situations that I cannot divulge. My county is amazing. My city is amazing. But we're starting to have shootings in the streets. That's everywhere though
@StressZone what happened if you don’t mind me asking
FRFR
There has been only two school shootings in my nordic country, the last one was in 2008. It's absolutely horrifying that these things happen in USA every single year, If it's not in school, it's some other mass shooting. I have no idea how anyone can live in USA and not be constantly afraid of being shot 😭

We had a lockdown at my school my Junior year. It all started because one of the differently-abled kids started throwing a tantrum. I'll never forget sitting out in the hallway at the beginning. It was 1st period and I hadn't done my homework in that class the night before so my teacher sent me and some other guy in my class to go sit in the hall while the rest of the class went over the assignment. The boy had ran out of his class and was crying hysterically while we sat out in the hall. His teacher was calmly walking behind him a few feet, trying to get him to come back to the room. I remember he and I made eye contact and he started shuffling/running to me. Now my school had a cool to-go breakfast bag for kids like me who rode a buss that showed up later than most buses so we could still eat breakfast and we were allowed to eat it in our first period. So I had my breakfast down by my legs while I did my homework. When I saw the kid coming towards me, for some dumb reason, I thought he was gonna grab for my food so I bent over to move it out of his reach. Just as I ducked down, a heard a huge bang on the locker right behind me and looked up. This kid has kicked the locker I was leaning on so hard it left a dent, right where my head was before I ducked down. He had reared back to try and kick me again but his teacher finally grabbed him and had to drag him away from me. The teacher told us to go back into our classroom quick but our teacher told us we were not allowed inside until they were done going over the previous assignment despite the other teacher barely holding back a very strong kid that didn't understand what he was doing. She just slammed the door shut in my face. The principal and a few security guards showed up a few seconds later and told us to just go into the library and stay there as we were about to go under lockdown. I was a bit shaken up since the kid was close to doing untold damage to my face and head, but thankfully once in the library the other guy that got locked out with me must have saw I wasn't doing good and pointed to a few boxes of games on one of the library shelves. I picked dominos even though he didn't know how to play but he let me teach him and we played together till they were able to get the kid under control again and ended the lockdown. Not as scary as most people's stories but it's my story so.
something similar happened to me in primary. im in australia so it was one of the first real lockdowns ive been in. some kid had a mental breakdown on the playground and since my classroom was close to the playground we saw the police trying to bring her down.

Here’s a scarier story: the bathroom during class change
Lol true
AAAAAAHHHHHH Jesus christ Dude dont scare me like that
This and home alone stories are the scariest for me because they’re the most realistic
when we had these drills, I always remembered my biggest fear being that I'd get stuck in the bathroom or something while it happened. it felt like the most unsafe place you could be if something were to actually happen. no locks, nothing.
If that happens try to be as quiet as you can in the bathroom, pull you're feet up also, and if and only if it's safe try to get to the nearest classroom
I feel you. That actually happened to me when I was in the fifth grade. I was just walking out of the bathroom stall when the principal came over the intercom and said it was a lockdown drill. I didn’t really know what to do so I just stood there, not hiding in a stall, just stood there against the wall. I walked back to class when it was over, kinda like nothing happened. One of my teachers was like “where were you?” when I got back, and she was kinda scolding me for doing that(understandable,), but, like, bitch, what else was I supposed to do? I can’t go back there because you won’t let me in and how am I supposed to know when a lockdown is going to occur?
Thank god the teacher who was the one mainly teaching my class said to her “oh, they can be in the bathroom during a lockdown.”
When that happens climb up the toilet and push open the drop ceiling if you have one. Balance your weight out so the ceiling doesn't break. You now have new information to survive, stay safe 😀

If you’re in the hallway during a lockdown. Hide in a locker!
Or a broom closet, something! Lol
I would run the absolute fuck out of the building to the closest door or window (Whatever is closer) and get as far away from the school as I can. Even if I have to smash a window or a door to do it.
What if the lockers are small and you can't fit in
@@mrcougar10e Then I’d say finding a closet or a bathroom would be the next option
Guys you should run to the nearest classroom and hope they let you in. You wouldn’t be able to hide in the lockers cause you probably don’t know everyone’s locker code, and if you hide in the bathroom, you have hardly any protection if the intruder enters so you would have about a 90% chance of dying.

I was in the 4th grade one day and I had this really cool teacher, we had fun practicing lockdown drills, some kids hid under desks some in closets. Others under beanbags, behind paintings, and even in cabinets close to the roof. During lockdowns, the kids would hide and the teachers would walk around the room scouting. One day, we had the first real lockdown that had ever happened in 11 years. There was a subway next to the school where some employee was shot and the dude who assaulted and supposedly killed the employee headed straight for our school. The fourth grade hallway was in the 5th building, shared with the third graders. This building was almost straight from the subway, just to the right behind the area. The shooter started banging on the glass doors that lead into our hallway. I was one of the kids who hid under the desks. However, since the desks made children to visible to the intruder, our teacher had to shove multiple kids into one cabinet, closet, and under one beanbag. I was put underneath a beanbag with my best friend. We were both terrified and she was crying. I had to cover her mouth because she could barely stay quiet. I heard a gunshot outside. We luckily all got out of the lockdown safely. I don’t really know what happened after that until I went home from school later at the end of the week. My mom had told me she saw an article on someone getting shot on our campus, later that month some girl at the junior high just about 16 feet away from the elementary, was shot and killed. It was all pretty surreal and crazy, but we never found out who did it and if it was the same person. It’s been three years since that happened.
I grew up in the 80's and early part of the 90's. The ONLY thing we had were fire drills. I'm so glad I have never had to go through what some of you went through recently.
You know it’s real when the kids around you are so scared they actually shut up

Some of my best friends that I had known since kindergarten who never cried where starting to tear up. My sister was a few grades younger that me and she forgot her phone so I was really worried that she was freaking out. I had sisters in elementary at the time and luckily the school told them it was a drill and they didn’t learn otherwise until they where out of the building. Something similar happened to me in 5th grade once. Me and the rest of my class were just taking a test and the lockdown alarm went off as the lights turned off me and the rest of the class were assuming that it was a drill so nobody at the time was panicking but then after about 20 minutes of sitting of the floor in the dark the doorknob started moving as if somebody was trying to get inside luckily the door was locked so they couldn’t get in and me being an idiot peaked my head around a corner to see what was going on and I saw through the glass on the door there was a man or woman trying to get in and I quickly went back to the corner with the rest of the class at this point everyone knew it was not a drill and after about another 2 minutes the person at the door stopped and walked away. Another few minutes pass and the police were in the building getting people out and looking for whoever was trying to harm people after I got home I learned there were 3 people who broke into the school and killed 2 students.

Skip back to elementry school, when there were lockdown drills. I was in 4th grade and we were sitting in class when suddenly on the intercom they said there would be a lockdown, and that this was only a drill. Relieved, I and the other students shuffled into the corner of the classroom and about 5 minutes passed of silence. It was quiet and almost peaceful, until the doornob started wiggling. Me and some of the other students were frightened, staring at the door in horror as if this was our last day alive..
A few days later I heard a group of kids talking about how the principal was walking around and checking to see if the doors were locked. I was still nervous about that happening again, as it had made me terrified for my life. I was practically scared half to death because nobody told us, 4th graders, that that would happen.

I cant imagine any kid or adult feeling this type of pain. I had a lockdown in my elementary school but the man did not succeed in entering the school, we noticed him walking toward our school with a dead dog and a AK-47.
Luckily the intercom told all of us that we were going into lockdown. All we pretty much heard were bangs on doors and windows.
Keep in mind, I was in 2nd grade, and I was only 8 years old and in a portable classroom when this happened. My teacher, who passed away 2 years after that lockdown, was my class hero. She trained us how to be quiet and to not be afraid. Nah dude for me, I was just in shock considering I was right in front of the door when the person outside banged loud on it and tried pulling the handle to open the door.
I cant imagine the little ones in Uvalde 💔 the fear they had.

Hi
Back in 2018 my school went into a lockdown. My school at the time was newly built and in the middle in nowhere with only a couple houses near us. I was sent down to the Drama room which was the school basement. I was having trouble lifting the boxes when the lockdown bell came on. For a second I didn't even know it was the lockdown drill. The best bet I made was hiding behind one the racks of costumes. The drama room was pretty narrow and had 3 sets of lights. Suddenly I heard someone enter and flip every switch and turning them back off. He turned on the 3rd set of lights which lightened up the back part of the room, where I was hiding in. I started panicking when he shut all the lights off and silently left. A couple more minutes past and the lockdown is over.
I’m glad I’m watching this in the summer
In my old high school, we had a school shooter drill and didn't tell anyone, so as if was real, teachers locked the door and covered up the door window. This girl wouldn't stop crying, and when the principal hit the door (as to act if it was shooter trying to break the door down or something), she let out the most ear piercing scream, so to shut this girl up, this other guy drilled her in the forehead, knocking her out. We had to stop the drill 'cause this guy just ko'd this girl. She's fine, the boy didn't get in trouble, as he wanted to keep everyone safe. Anyway schools, tell your kids it's a drill!

I think he means the corner.
Because they thought it was a drill. They were waiting for a teacher
The voice on the inner com at the beginning and what he said gave me the chills
I have a story not from me, but from my friend, Dylan, when he lived in California. We where having a fire drill and I asked if he had ever been in an actual fire in his other school. He told me no but there where multiple lockdowns. He didn’t go to the best school. Kids had drugs. People Carried knives often, in fear of someone jumping them. Keep in mind, these kids were in elementary school. He told me multiple security guards where always around at all times, because of how dangerous it was. The school went into lockdown when he was in 3rd grade. They had hid in the classroom while there was someone, who he had guessed was from his school to high school. The mystery person had banged on there door, kids huddled in the back of the room. He had eventually gave up and left. Later he told me he heard gunfire. The kid shot a guard. Another guard fired at his shoulder, stopping him. He was put into a mental center for all I was told. He told me this story while looking uncomfortable. I felt so bad for him. He told me that there where multiple others but that was the most traumatic one.
finally a teacher who used his or her brains and actually stabbed the man with something so commonly found in a classroom
Easier to use your brain when you aren't in a life or death situation
YES
John Wick, I think we found your lost sibling.
Yes
Thats based off instinct. Defensive mechanism I'd say, in-a-way
As someone who grew up in the UK, this is absolutely wild to me. I can’t imagine how terrifying it is to live through these experiences
I remember having to hide in a locker I emptied out to hide in
I remember being in art class during a lockdown and our teacher and a couple of kids barricaded the door with desks and half the class had to pee, so our teacher replied, "If you have to go that badly, I have a bucket."
@@420catboi sorry but that kinda funny the last part
@@tyresethoooooooo8319 It was. I think he was using humour to try to deflect how terrifying it was.
@@420catboi oh lol but was there an actual intruder?

I have had 1 scary lock down in my life.
I happened while I was playing wit my friends on the playground when we noticed a strange man taking pics of us all and trying to get us to go over to him. Of course since I had common sense I told the teachers and the whole school immediately went into lock down. I was terrified since I was only in 5th grade. We were in lockdown for a hour, when finally the principal came onto the intercoms and told us that there was a strange man who had been playing to kidnap one of us. In his car was a skeleton of a dog and a empty bloody car seat. I am just glad that my stupid self had enough common sense to tell and not go over to him...
Poor dog
Did you get a prize or some shit like that
I would had been terrifiled

Videos like that creep me out a lot... 'Cause things like that can happen anytime, anywhere and I know that I'll be not prepared.
I'll tell you my story, it was the middle of December on a Monday . It was 1st period and we were playing kahoot as a study guide for a upcoming test. The night before someone snapped someone "this is what you get for bullying my little brother" with a gun in the background. The person who received the snap sent it to our schools gc, nobody cared because things happened like this all the time and then nothing happened at school. The next day we were playing kahoot, the speaker announced "stay in 1st period until allowed to switch." This freaked a lot of people out and some people were calling parents. Our teacher Mrs. D locked the door to our classrooms, There was a second door in our classroom leading to the next classroom which couldn't lock. I knew the teacher in that classroom she was always forgetting things and pretty much was a dumb teacher. You would think she wouldn't forget to lock the door right? A guy in our class asked to use the bathroom and I have no idea why but the teacher allowed him to go. His friend was also in the bathroom and showed him a picture that was going around the school of the gun in a classroom but it was to dark in that classroom that we couldn't tell what the classroom was. He came back and told people about this picture. I think that was the moment my teacher knew something bad was going down. She called the office and they put everyone into lockdown. We hid where my desk was, in the corner not by any doors or windows. Some people had gone home when they had called there parents earlier, I had texted my parents earlier but they didn't care. Soon we heard gunshots. from a distance there was some girls crying and that made some other people cry too. My teacher Mrs. D stood behind a file cabinet that was by both doors, in case the shooter came in she could fight back. There was walking tords the classroom beside us, leading up to people screaming. I knew what was happening in there and I thought did she forget to lock her door or did the shooter somehow get it? I prayed it was she forgot to lock her door (it was.) After that thought I remember the door had no lock, and we were all gonna be a Deadman soon. I think everyone else thought the same thing too. I could hear the cops walkie talkies going off so I hoped that they would get to him before he got to us. That was not the case, the shooter opened the door and Mrs D started throwing books at him. We could not pick up the gun for legal reasons. The cops heard and came to us and took him down. They told us to exit the building, and I texted my friend and she never texted back. I prayed and hoped she just didn't see the message. but I asked her friend who was in her classroom about it and they said "she didn't come to school today." I was so happy until I saw the cops with the shooter. The shooter was my friend.
Here's a scary story

Mom: *honey its ur first day of school*
Me: *let's burn the school instead*
Your that one person who has so much hatred for school that you can "burn" your school.
Some kid actually tried to burn my school. She brought a lighter to gym so she could light the floor on fire.
She wasn't even expelled...
@@Emma-dr8vm That's sad, she should be expelled, did she Atleast get suspended?
Some fucking crackhead kid in 5th grade legit brought a water bottle full of bleach and put some in my teacher's soda and my friend told before he could drink some thankfully cus it was my favorite teacher and for some reason after this he didnt go to work for 3 days after that but it wasn't the bleach because he explained everything when he was back and the kid that tried to poison him wasn't in school for the rest of the year
I wanna go to school
I never thought I would experience a real lockdown, until 2 kids from my school last week passed away from a gunshot caused by an argument between them and teenagers from my school as well, in car. a 3rd kid got heavily injured. RIP..❤️
Mr nightmare: getting texted that their is a lockdown
Also mr nightmare: chills in the hallway
Here’s a scary story: When your in the comments and an ad puts you all the way back up
Right -_- I was reading a interesting argument comments and a tik tok add came on :'(
I get SUPER peeved when that happens. I sometimes either ignore the ad and go back in the comments, or just leave the video.
I’m dissapointed this comment is underrated.
Ad blockers work wonders.
Right??! I hate that! 😂😂
This is my lockdown story:
When I was in high school during advisory there was an announcement for a lockdown. Our teacher did the standard procedure: locking doors, turning off lights, etc. The class all huddled in a corner away from the doors. It was more crowded then usual because we had shadows that day, it was early in the year. (Shadows are students a year below who spend a day at a school to see if they’d like to attend it the next year.)
After 5 minutes with no sign of ending, I was one of the only ones who caught on that this was real. I shared a look with my friend and I could tell that she knew as well. Our class was situated in the first floor near the building’s entrance and there were many windows in our room. I remember hearing a faint popping noise in the distance and then later there was muffled cries.
At this point we were 10 minutes in and kids were getting nervous. Some snuck their phones out to search up what was going on but nobody could find out. My friend texted her sibling who she knew was running late. There were 3 dots signifying typing then a message along the lines of: “I stopped to get food and when I was walking over I heard loud noises. I was scared so I ran away. Now there’s a lot of cops outside I don’t know what’s going on.”
My friend and I paled and sat quiet. This area had a reputation for being high crime. I’ve been in several dangerous situations but this time I didn’t know what was going on or what kind of danger I was in.
20 minutes more and finally we were told to go to class. It turns out that across the street there was a gun fight and a kid coming to school was hit by a stray bullet. She ran into school and the cops came to check out what happened. She’s ok now, the injury wasn’t fatal. But it’s sad to have to attend school in a place that puts its students at risk.
That sounds scary. I'm sorry that you had to go through that
You are stupid tbh this stuff can happen anywhere so you cant get mad at the school
William Finger bro can you like shut up this person went through a lockdown, that’s tragic
