    Lot of common sense in body building for sure. Been training hard for couple of years going to go on a mini cut , my calorie intake now is slightly higher as my physique is slightly bigger , would you say to keep calories the same and add some cardio Jonathan or to reduce calories slightly as well?

    Would going for walks regularly count as an activity increase? I’m currently at home and not that active so even going for a long walk drains me. I’m maintaining a calorie deficit already.

      Yes definitely you should try hit 10000 steps a day and keep maintaining a calorie deficit

      YES 100% walking is one of the best exercises for losing weight. It's much easier to maintain, actually burns a lot of calories and you get to enjoy it and do a lot more while you do it.

    Hi, what must one do whenever you reach your desired body fat levels to remain shredded? Keep the caloric deficit or bring calories to maintenance?

      You keep adding calories. For example if you were cutting at 1600 cals and your maintenance cals are 2300 I woul add +150 -200 calories every week 'till you reach your maintenance calories and then you just maintain the bw you have achieved for 3-4 weeks and then you bulk (if you want)

      @@bobafittness1346 You will think you have gained weight because of the water retention that 'cause eating a little more of carbs. However if you start bulking you will gain a little bit of weight quickly and that's totally normal. Keep it up, don't let your mind f*ck you up because a lot of people freak out when they are shredded because they think if they eat a little more they'll get fat

    Why just not take any coke or soft drinks?🤔
    If you go to the gym or work out regularly. You may have a pre work out mix.
    Which generally has a decent amount of caffeine.
    Maybe im making it sound too simple. But its a problem of what you are consuming that is half the battle?
    Sweeteners cause the blood to produce more insulin; when blood sugar levels are low, hypoglycemia and increased food intake take place, leading to overweight and obesity. This is my only issue.

      ​@@pablosaur they have around 10-30 calories per 500 ml "so it's not 0 calories at all" but it helps a lot I've been drinking it for +10 years every other day no problem at all
