Dieting so that you can burn fat from stubborn areas like your belly, love handles, and hips can be really challenging because cutting your calories can easily leave you feeling deprived, hungry, and miserable. But the good news is that there are foods that taste great and can help fill you up for almost 0 calories. So today I want to go over 20 of the best foods that fall under this category.
Starting first with Shirataki noodles. These are actually also referred to as konjac noodles or miracle noodles. And they're called Miracle noodles for a reason. These noodles are unique because they are very filling yet very low in calories. Just an eight-ounce serving contains only about 20 calories. Meanwhile, the same amount of regular pasta could cost you as much as 300 calories. On top of the fact that shirataki noodles are low in calories, the calories come in the form of insoluble fiber. When you eat insoluble fiber you end up taking in fewer calories in the form of carbs compared to other forms of carbohydrates like soluble fiber and starches. This is because this type of fiber doesn't get absorbed entirely. To be exact you'll only absorb about 1.5 calories per gram of insoluble fiber compared to the four grams that you would absorb if you were eating a regular carbohydrate full of starches or sugar instead. So, this means that for an eight-ounce serving of shirataki noodles, you'll effectively only end up with a net intake of 7.5 calories, making these noodles one of the best carbohydrates for burning fat and one of the best weight loss foods in general.
Another carbohydrate that's similar is slim rice, and it can be used as an alternative to shirataki noodles. It only contains about 7 to 9 calories for every 100-gram serving. To put that into perspective, the same amount of brown rice would cost you a little over 110 calories. Slim rice is also gluten-free and made from non-GMO konjac flour. This is the same ingredient that's used in shirataki noodles. But you can eat it in rice form instead, which might be more suitable for certain meals. And the good news is that the texture and consistency of the product is similar to regular rice. Now, since many of the foods. Now since most veggies are also very low in calories, it might not be a bad idea to try steaming some vegetables and serving them along with slim rice for an almost calorie-free meal. You should know that there are also many claims about konjac root having appetite-suppressing effects. Unfortunately, more studies are needed to confirm this, but if it does help suppress appetite on top of being really low in calories, then it could really help with fat loss even more, especially if you find yourself hungry throughout the day.
Next, we have the cucumber. Cucumbers are very low in calories and very high in water content which helps fill you up. 97 percent of a cucumber is made up of water and a 100 gram serving of cucumber contains only 15 calories. which makes it easy to add cucumber to your diet without bumping up your caloric intake by much. On top of that, research indicates that cucumbers may help reduce and control blood sugar levels, which can help reduce hunger cravings caused by irregular blood sugar levels. (4) For weight loss purposes you should eat the cucumber unpeeled because it'll increase the amount of fiber, helping you feel fuller, and the skin contains much of the vitamins and minerals.
Another very low-calorie food happens to be sugar-free jello. This tasty snack contains only 5 to 10 calories and can help you satisfy your sweet tooth without skyrocketing your caloric intake. Aside from the low amount of calories it contains gelatin which has been shown to help reduce appetite and increase the feelings of fullness. (4.5) There are also brands that contain no preservatives, and if you buy the Jell-O pouches you can easily take them on the go with you.
Next, we have Zucchini, and not only is zucchini mostly made up of water but it can be used to replace one of the highest calorie carbs... pasta. All you need is a spiralizer and you can very easily crank out some zucchini noodles. These noodles can be used in many delicious low-calorie meals. One simple option for example is to cook them, add salsa, and a little bit of parmesan cheese. And there are plenty of other low-calorie options like pesto zucchini pasta, that will blow your mind. Zucchini contains only 17 calories per 100 grams, meanwhile, the same amount of pasta contains 131 calories, and it's much less filling. On top of all of that, just like a cucumber...

Tomato soup aka GAZPACHO español. Just RAW tomatoe. When you cook fruits and vegetables like tomatoes in this case, the molecules transform into quick sugars, so it increases its caloric and Sugar disponibily. So best to eat RAW :)

Tip of advice : the shirataki noodles take forever to leave your stomach, people have had to get them surgically removed because eating them on a daily /weekly basis can cause stomach problems. Like he said they are insoluble, so they cannot be digested and come out looking just the same as they did in packaging. Instead try heart of palm noodles or zucchini noodles, they are much more beneficial to the body and are actually made for consumption!
Trust me I’ve tried to use the miracle noodles for weight loss but they are not worth the pain and bloating they cause! ♡

One example of intermittent fasting: Only eat during a certain period every day, for example in in between 3-6, 5-8 etc. During the rest of the day: only drink water, water with lemon, herbal teas.

Very educational video!! I used to be really fat. I had 390lbs in September last year, and when I saw that number it was way more than I thought it is. I was really mad at myself. It really hit me hard, and I realised I got to do something. Not just sit and wait for problem to resolve itself. It was a life changing decision, because I have probably been on the verge of developing some serious health condition... So at first I got my diet plan created on a website dietarize, which was super helpful to me. In the first two months of following my eating plan I lost 45lbs. And by february of this year another 40, for the total of 85lbs in five months... After that I started slowly exercising. First just by walking, and eventually I joined gym and now I go five days a week, still walking on the weekends. I realised that I am stronger than I ever thought I have been. Never had any confidence, and now I can run, do burpees, do push-ups... I take these small victories!!

Don't just "take" those small victories, bro, use them the same way I used every day since I've quit smoking (2 years next month). Remember each day, play with the numbers in your mind, ( I add up the days and then always ask myself "Do I really want to ruin that record?" and the answer is always 'NO!') congratulate yoruself (Yes! You DO deserve it!) and keep replaying every single thing that you can do now that you couldn't do earlier. "Replay the tape" in your mind over and over of how good it feels to be able to touch your toes or do some pushups, etc. You deserve to enjoy the success you created! Go for it!!

Islam is an arabic word that means Submission or Surrender to God the One and Only, Our creator and subsitor, and was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124,000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism to purity and true monotheism.
Many Religions that we know, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but with the time, their original teachings and scriptures were corrupted with polytheism or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays.
Allah means the only and one God, the God of all prophets, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgement, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this life and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa in the Qur'an (Translated by Muhammad Asad) :
171 O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God.
172 Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself:
173 whereupon unto those who attained to faith and did good deeds He will grant their just rewards, and give them yet more out of His bounty; whereas those who felt too proud and gloried in their arrogance He will chastise with grievous suffering: and they shall find none to protect them from God, and none to bring them succour.
174 O MANKIND! A manifestation of the truth has now come unto you from your Sustainer, and We have sent down unto you a clear light.
175 And as for those who have attained to faith in God and hold fast unto Him - He will enfold them within His grace and bounty, and guide them unto Himself by a straight way.

I suggest you first lose weight and then start bulking to build muscle. Make sure you eat sufficient protein to maintain the muscle you already have and cut out starchy carbs. Starchy carbs cause you to retain water therefore you have a lot of water weight. You’ll lose a good amount water weight in the first two weeks. Make sure you’re having at least 120-150 grams of protein a day depending on your weight, this way you won’t be hungry despite being in a calorie deficit.

Thanks! Your videos are always inspiring! My weight loss journey has been successful SLOWLY with eliminating calorie rich foods, eating well, but reducing my calories to 3/4 of average during the week, and exercising daily. I found I needed to keep my energy level constant and intermittent fasting sometimes didn't work for me while working full time. Great videos! Keep it up.

Where I live we have homemade olive oil and we do not have "dressings". When we make a salad, we make it with veggies only and divide it into smaller bowls, and then we ad one teaspoon of olive oil, and one teaspoon of vine vinegar per bowl.

    • @keithsieben9865
      @keithsieben9865 Před 3 lety +1

Technically what you're doing is still considered to be "dressing" the salad but I know where you're coming from. I suspect from the quotations around your use of the word "dressing" that you are talking about the highly processed stuff that comes in a squeeze bottle instead of something made from some good natural ingredients.

Best thing u could do. I also never use weird store bought dressings on my salads. Just extra virgin olive oil from a trusted local producer that only does small batches for family and friends.

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, add a few favorites such as minced garlic, black pepper, or ginger, and shake all together...yum! Then pour into a tiny separate bowl and dip your fork into the dressing, then spear a bite of salad...ambrosia!
