    Wow okay I never knew there are some normal (i.e. non-injured) people who can be so limited in their mobility that these moves could actually feel like a stretch! I've always wondered why in exercise classes they always make you do these useless shoulder "stretches" and hamstring "stretch."

    Great video!!! At 2:35 In this assessment is the lower back should be in neutral position meaning slightly curved or should be completely flat on the ground while moving the arms overhead? Thank you!

    I couldn't perform the test at 1:50 ( bending at the elbow ) & 4:05. What muscles do I need to train?

    What if my thumbs cant touch the ground when lying down? What does this mean?

      It means your shoulder extensors are tight.....lats and triceps ..so you need to stretch them

    I would have preferred if she was wearing a sports bra so I could see her muscles moving while she’s performing the tests and her pants a lighter color so that I can see the contrast of when she’s laying down on the ground doing the assessments.
