I recieved a long novel sized email from my boss feom her private email to my private email and in that email she said "According to the attorney..." and "the attorney said.." when trying to intimate me because she was retaliating against me for a complaint i made... so wouldn't this mean breach of contract amd anything in that email she was charging me with would be inadmissible in court?
