Watching this trial day after day, I’m perplexed with Chad’s ongoing emotionless demeanor.

He's probably feeling like the size of an ant, all his dirty deeds are exposed for the world to see. He's probably very uncomfortable in that courtroom and may be wishing he could disappear into one of his portals. I enjoy seeing him uncomfortable.
@@Cheriewest713 I thought the same as you Cherie yet then on second thought this man has no feelings really like you, I and many. He is capable of what he did, asked others to use their home for bail money, insurance fraud and sits there in court smug and unemotional. Chad doesn’t think like a normal person yet I believe he thinks he’s smarter than everyone in that room and will walk out at the end of trial as “god is on his side”. He has zero shame and that’s why we are witnessing this trial, sadly.
I read somewhere he has Asperger’s it makes sense too watching him not show emotion

@@kmars3239 You read incorrectly, and in no trial thus far has it been stated so, nor by family members, friends or associates interviewed that Chad Daybell has Asperger’s. Facts vs “read somewhere” does not make it so. vastly Those with Aspergers as a whole do not have emotionless demeanour, an incorrect observation of those with ASD by yourself. Steer in the direction of where PROOF this is the case and minds shall be changed, however until then perhaps keep those on the spectrum out of a case they have nothing to do with. Cheers.
Melanie B is definitely in this up to her eyeballs. I bet more of her involvement comes out in Lori’s upcoming trial.

Yes, I do not know why she has not been charged. Melanie G is also responsible , I believe she had many thoughts they were going to do these things. Especially Charles. If she would have gone to police maybe this would not have happened.

The extremely long breaks and early adjournments on so many days is really dragging this out.

@@jovicrazedoh I see. Imm sure it’s a bunch of small town people who live at a slower pace than those in an urban environment.
They likely have to organize a lot of data and shuffle witnesses around and prep them.
They have booked the court for this case and as long as they stay within the booked dates they’re fine.
They also do not want to overwhelm the jurors. This way helps them process the information in bite sized chunks and allows them to walk around, stretch, eat, take washroom breaks, cry and take mental breaks from what they’re witnessing in court. The last thing anyone needs is an exhausted jury who’s been broken down.

To say Chad is innocent of his wife's death after obviously both children are buried dead in his backyard, is a horrible defense just try to blame that on Lori and Alex as well pretend like Chad had no idea he was downstairs on the computer like he told the one lady. Just trying to make her death seemed innocent seems like the most desperate defense ever it is just obviously not the truth. The only reason why they're pushing to say that Chad is innocent of his wife's death is for his children because Chad does not want to admit to his family and his children that he killed her. Even Chad's mom's testimony didn't seem like she was too confident in Chad's story either
I noticed Chad's mother didn't want to lie and commit perjury and how she supported Chad and seemed to only been shocked that Chad married so soon.

Chad KNEW the children were dead and were at his house. He stupidly sent a text message to Tammy covering his a$$ about shooting a raccoon (a nocturnal animal) in the middle of the day then burying it in the pet cemetery and burning “limbs” (Tylee’s limbs were found burned and buried in the pet cemetery). All on the same day Tylee went missing?? Coincidences? No way!!
Then he tells several people Lori’s daughter was dead. He’s a snake. He’s a devil and he needs to be removed from civilized society

Prior has no real defense for Chad, but nonetheless, he is abrasive, rude, condescending, misinformed, and overall offensive. When you are defending the indefensible. 🤷🏻♀️

Chadwick hung himself on the ph call to Lori when she was in jail and when he was talking to his daughter Emma in the back of the police car.
That poor jury.... having to look at the children's remains. Meanwhile Chadwick remains barren.... he's got no hope of being found innocent. I'm betting after having to go through this... the jury give him death.

Chad and Lori had all the motivation to get rid of their spouses and dependents. Melanie Gibb and David Warwick stood to gain absolutely nothing from what Lori, Chad and Alex did.
He is doing that because he thinks if he brings her name up all the time, the jury will think she had involvement and thereby have reasonable doubt about chad. Hopefully the jury is too switched on for that.
Oh yeah anybody he can shift the blame to besides Chad he will grab on to.

Whatever religion or faith you believe in, is okay with me. However, when a dad, a mom, and 2 kids die because of someone’s vision, I am sorry O draw the line. No person should ever ever see evil or zombies. Just devastating to see what religion can do to a narcissist. Actually 2. My kids are my world. I believe it was 2 sick people got together and made this happen. Along with a bit of a “protector” of a brother. LDS followers k ew this was not right. So so sad. I imagine subpoenas have been issued to Chad’s children to be witnesses so they wouldn’t be able to have access to what has gone on in the trial. I know they stand by their father but if they could hear all that is going on, they may have some doubts about his honesty, integrity and innocence.
I just listened again to the discussion Chad had with his daughter when he was in the police car. He tells her that she can take the mattress from upstairs. That’s proof that there was an upstairs and that it was inhabitable. I guess Chad’s lawyer didn’t pay much attention to that.

This case is so sad! I just cannot believe how a mother could kill her children, and then bury them like they are garbage! Chad just sits there as they are showing pictures of Tylee and JJ's remains wirh no remorse or shock!! It makes me sick!! I hope they give him the death penalty!! Those poor kids! And poor Charles Vallow, and Tammy Daybell! They are all victims of evil!!

There is a reason that it is terrible quality one of them is so you do not see chad's reaction at every turn! and there is other reason as well, but I don't remember them, but everyone everywhere around the globe see the same quality I am in canada.

Yes, heaps of viewers have complained about the visual quality of the recording. Mainly that the views are too broad and distant. Needs to be close up view of the witnesses (the judge does not need to be included as he speaks very rarely on points of order etc), we don’t need to view all of the prosecution table - just a close up of the Defense or Prosecution speaking at the podium and most viewers have stated they want a closeup of the defendant to see his reactions to witnesses and evidence.
I want to see justice for Tamy and the children.I pray for that.

He made sure she was dead by the time their son got home from work, how cold to use your own son to try and establish his innocence. He is really a cold person. And then remarry without the presence of you children you apparently love. He & Lori clearly didn't want anyone ruining their happiness.
Hmmm. Maybe he has an office in the basement? No one has mentioned a basement but several witnesses recalled him saying T came downstairs. So also could b she slept upstairs bc she was sick ??? It's all weird. I think Alex may have come in around 1am to kill her and it happened on the main bed and spilled over to the floor as she struggled hard. I think Chad stayed elsewhere in the house until notified by Alex and then had to come up w some story why her feet were still up on the bed....he didn't realize until he saw her dead that she had her feet on bed and torso/head on floor....Chad couldn't lift her alone...A 4:50:32 lex gone already as he has to walk 2 miles to his car. One witness says C told her and her father that he found T dead at 1am when he went to bed (tho they didn't know at that time the 911 call 5 hrs later). I think C is too much a coward to have gotten his hands dirty w any of these deaths; he directed Alex to do the physical murders. Garth was working overnight outside the home but I don't remember his exact sched. It's also possible C had the foresight to b sure he was never physically involved w the murders (like Manson). Alex WAS the fall guy and I think C directed L to poison Alex to seal the deal...Alex was becoming suspicious about their use of him

This was a high profile case, nothing suspicious about prosecution being involved.
I suspect Tylee was smothered like JJ and Tammy as it seems like their MO. They thought they could dispose by dismembering and burning her, later realising they couldnt do that quickly so they buried the rest. They didnt do the same to JJ or Tammy because they got arrogant, and sloppy. Just horrible......
If you go by their casting rituals - Tylee &JJ were disposed ritually (fire & water) & Tammy earth (mainly to not show suspicion to her children & family) I believe doing these rituals is how they justified their deaths to themselves. COLD BLOODED KILLERS IS WHAT THEY ARE.

Regardless if you believe Chad guilty , Mr. Prior is doing a really good job! He really has shown that everything points to Lori and Alex, mainly Lori!
I respectfully disagree, he’s not convinced many Chad is not involved, no smoking gun as yet from Prior to exonerate his client completely from these horrific circumstances.
I also disagree, Chad was the visionary and was saying his wife was going to die young before he met Lori, Lori was the incentive he needed. He is cunning, shallow and didn't think the kids bodies would ever be found. I believe he was the one who started it all in motion. His defences job is to try and create doubt, I don't think he is doing a good job there at all.

I do think he is doing the best he can. He is slimey and his plan is to try to poke holes in literally everything someone says. It is not working but he is defending the absolutely indefensible. I would feel worse for him if he wasn’t so gross in his demeanor
