When I counseled recidivists in Western Maryland, they LOVED to go back to the scene of their crimes. It was a huge high for them, to relive the exhiliaration of committing a crime. They would take pictures of where they had been, for pleasure, and delighted in sneaking back to the scene and acting like a normal person, fooling everyone. Their eyes glowed and they breathed faster when they talked about it.
That's just one of the reasons Police visit crime scenes...because they KNOW that heinous criminals usually return to the scene of the crime. Or, they could be checking to see that outsiders had not come and vandalized. There are a lot of reasons to return to a murder scene.
Hard to believe that anyone would complain about police driving by Chad's house. If that were my house, and an attempted murder, and THREE actual murders had occurred there, I would be glad to see police presence, IF I was innocent...

Yeah he didn’t go over well you know with the jury. What’s with that slam on cops’ jobs being the “last thing he would ever do”? Well Joe, you would prostitute yourself satisfying lonely old men before being a cop? Okay. Let it be known! And Chad better hope that not one juror has a cop loved one, because that disrespect on LE was dumb, arrogant, and rude.

It's a flimsy defense at best. Not to mention that it must appear to the jury that Prior is having a hard time getting his defense witnesses to court in a timely manner. The jury may take as though he doesn't have his ducks in a row. It's not a good look for the defense. It seems like pulling teeth for his witnesses to ever get there. That has to frustrate the jury.

Well how can Tylee and JJ's deaths NOT be murders? You mean Pryor was trying to prove they weren't murders? If so, he did such a shtty job that I didn't even pick that up! The ONLY death that seems even possible to argue is Tammy's and thankfully, 99.9% of us watching know Pryor has done a horrendous job with ALL the people that he called for the defense. I mean come on, he's a sharp guy and he didn't forsee that showing ABSOLUTELY NO EMOTION TOWARDS THEIR MOTHERS DEATH WAS GOING TO MAKE EMMA IN PARTICULAR, LOOK LIKE A MONSTER? I'm wondering if Pryor DID warn Chad that Emma might blow the case and Chad, being such a narcissist, disagreed. Then Garth couldn't keep his story straight and lacked all confidence, possibly bc as this trial progressed, he was seeing the light.

@@shelleyklapwyk7687They didn’t say that. Maybe they should’ve, but maybe they can’t because it’s known she didn’t work on Tammy’s case.
I’m surprised they allowed this witness and defense to keep talking about the bruising. Because a different medical examiner/pathologist said that there was no indication Tammy’s body had started trying to break these bruises down, meaning they weren’t old and likely happened around the time of death.

Joe Murray's testimony demonstrates that Chad's kids 'know' Chad buried JJ & Tylee's on the property. John Prior is AT TIMES is a better trial attorney. He has some tactics in his back pocket such as saying things that he knows will be stricken from the record but says it anyway bc he knows the jury can’t “unhear” it. Luckily the evidence is so strong that it’s not a concern. But the prosecution needs to up their tactics and style a little for future cases or they could regret it. They don’t even seem prepared to feed off of the witness’s answers. Some answers should have led them to further questions. JMO.

Prior introducing the subject of poisoning 😂 - mate, you’re not making the point you think you’re making!! He is a terrible advocate

Prior is relentless in his quest to exonerate Dumbell, but I don't think it's doing much good. There's just too much evidence to the contrary.

I think the prosecutor has a weak case on Tammy’s murder. So many people dropped the ball on that case especially the coroner!

Agreed. Although Chad will likely get away with her murder, the state can't prove without reasonable doubt he killed her. Purely circumstantial.

Not weak! They have proved beyond a reasonable doubt his guilt. No question in my mind.

It's scary to think, that these people look to have some semblance of normalcy, untill they start to speak, Emma, her husband and Garth, not to mentione Chad. They give me this "the hills have eyes" vibe.😬

Why? Why, aren't the giving the redirect to Ms Blake, 😫..... my notion is she nails the liars on the spot!!! These liar have a sudden case of amnesia when questioned by the prosecution. Bastards!

Prior is sitting there after the pathologists testimony, all proud like he's solved the murder of Tammy and like he actually put doubt to thd jury. He's so pompous. And no none of her testimony sounded like she knew what she was saying, or that the manner of death as homicide could be refuted.
