Thats how I like to start my morning
You can start with « punches for 4 hours non stop » that’s the title of one of my videos very good for the mental

10 months and this comment is still relatable
Same ❤😂
I’ve fought MMA fights, several and fax kickboxing in countless hours in a gym. As far as a CZcams guy goes he would be one to follow and I like when he’s teaching and his style.
Thank you Robert!!
5:45 this reminds me of how Mike Tyson would close the distance against taller fighters with longer reach, slipping their punches and getting into his own hooking range.
Great video!
Also this movement we see in Vasiliy Lomachenko too, who seems to measure perfectly distance
Dempsey roll bro
You make your opponent shorter, if they’re shorter, make them taller.
Giving us a lot of great drills JT. Much appreciated bro. Also, to followers that are on the fence about joining the channel. You definitely should. The instructional videos and training camps are definitely worth it, and will take your boxing to another level. The level of depth that JT covers in those videos is top tier. Very informative with demonstration. Best boxing channel on CZcams hands down.
I truly appreciate it!
Love this, thank you Coach JT! Will do some of these as a warm up before sparring tonight!! Your library is priceless , I always go back and study over and over bc there is so much to learn from you, both older videos and new! Thank you!! 🙏🏽👊🏽
That's awesome Marielle!
Immensely helpful. I've always struggled with proper footwork and head movements since most tutorials do not show you different angles on which parts of your body you should be moving.
Great for shadow & solo boxing, dodging and evading while staying composed, thanks, your video helps me a lot !
Never disappoints. Took a layoff and watching this video reminds me why I enjoyed and learned so much. Keep up the great work.
Thanks. Was just pondering how to enhance my slipping.
I love the drills you suggest. Drills are extremely effective to build some kind of "flow" into one's boxing. Thank you, Jason, great coaching as always! :)
Yet another fantastic drill, coach. Just what I need for my upcoming boxing session. Thanks!
Upcoming boxing session in the kitchen?

Great drills ... for me who is someone newbie in box, they are excellent ...
Was looking for something like this. Would love more on this topic…more exercises
He is so descriptive and it’s awesome
This is excellent. On the 4th drill I could see Mike Tyson coming forward. Real good lessons.

That’s nice foot work no lies great work 👉🏽👑🥊
Thanks Coach!!!🫡
Great advice, great content!
Sweet dude I love your techniques and drills you explain it well and it's always crisp...
Love it! Keep up the good work!
These drills cold i cant even cap!
I watched that drill with the crossed line, and that drill became part of my training routine and o would get so creative with it. I love it. Hands down this is my favorite drill. And not to mention my footwork and head movement and overall boxing moved up levels from this drill.
But i did all that with the actual line. It made my head and feet move good simultaneously and very fluent. I did this every time i trained. Now im back training again after 7 months off and im about 4 th month back in it and im feeling like everything is coming back good but i noticed the difference this time around without doing the crossed slip line drill. Si im going to throw that back in because it is a huge difference without it.
Reason why im saying this is because JT is giving out real GEMS and this one has been tryed and tested personally and it will be a game changer if one decides to take this as seriously and use this drill.
Thank you JT , i would never have accomplished goals that ive done if it wasn't for you. Thank you for taking the time to putting these out because you impact people's lives as you've done for me.
Thank you and God bless you and all yours bro
Thank you Ken! Great work in there, that's awesome to hear.
Great video!
taller head movement, without ducking down too far, can be very useful in Muay Thai(what I train) and Kickboxing(what the local competitions in my area are; its basically muay thai just without elbows allowed and a very limited clinch...one knee is allowed before you gotta break up if I remember the rules correctly for comps). You gotta watch out for knees(and kicks) like ducking into a knee is REALLY BAD, but as long as you don't go down too far, slips and bobs and so on can still be VERY USEFUL in Muay Thai. I prefer a tight high guard to use with my boxing, but I combine it with reading of the range, timing, footwork, and some minor head movement for my defense, and the occasional parry. I like getting in close and letting the hooks rip, and also using leg kicks.
This is a great video I'm gonna be coming back to it whenever I need a reminder. This is the kind of head movement that works in what I do rather than ducking to your waist and similar exaggerated movements that may work well in boxing but are very bad to use in sports with kicks and knees and legal grappling in addition to punches.
Pretty good video , straight to the point
Thanks JT ! Will definitely implement to my workouts
Awesome Sylvie!

Hello jt i appreciate your efforts for providing best content possible and covering each and every boxing drils i want you make a video on brain health for boxing and suppliments for brain health. also nutrition diet of a boxer thanks
I appreciate that, thank you. That area is not really my specialty. Overall though if you are not a pro boxer and earning a living from boxing then the key is controlled sparring with people you know and trust. If you are a competitor then you have to take the risks.
I've found this extremely helpful for not only my boxing training but for also dodging bullshit as a manager at work.
What kind of work are you doing?!
@@jenniferjen5422 fighting ninjas obviously
I like that side step slip throw kick counters. Especially with the lead leg kick to the body. It’s not supper powerful but it’s enough to make them question throwing their right and leaving their body exposed

@@PrecisionBoxing Hi, thank you. I do have access to this (and have book marked it). While practicing this these videos 100% give a much better idea of what to do.
Some dude in the gym every sets 💪💪💪 I'm one of those 😁😁😁
Am not a boxer but am starting to love boxing because of you.
Nice!!
Hello JT, thanks for this video, it was just what I needed! I wanted to ask how many rounds of each movement should I do to benefit the most? Thank you for your time and I look forward to your new videos!
it depends on your overall training for the day, but I like to focus one round on both sides of a certain movement. I'll go both clockwise and counter clockwise for the round, then the next round i'll change my focus to another movement.
you look jacked coach
I would like to learn this
Ahhhhhh let the learning begin 🥊🥊
You got bud!
