I love it. First step hook up the ground wire. My next step is pulling the alarms fuse. Last step install the fuse. Black tape gets hot mels the glues and falls off. I've even seen 3m33 do this in a car because in a parking lot with the windows up the inside of a car can reach 150 dgr F. Black tape is not heat rated for this use. I always have and will use t taps. If used properly work without problems, if you insist wire wrap or solder use a wire tie to keep your black tape in place. Hood pin switches fail do not trust them. Always install a toggle switch inside the car by the driver, and always flip it on when parked inside a garage or when the car is being serviced. Because you do not want the car to remote start in your garage with the door closed or when someone is working under the hood. Install the 30 amp fuse in the fuse holder and watch the smoke pour out from under the dash. Now run and dile 911 stay away from the fire unless you have long sticks and marshmallows. Bon a petite. Next time hire a pro who knows what he/she is doing.
Like all alarm system there are different setup, you will have to research with the installation manual, and in the manual book there should be a tech-support numbers you can call and they can help you with their product
Well, you have to test the wires as it show, if you are looking for a particular wire, this video just show these ignition 12V wires, it should work for what you need,

Thats not true, keep in mind some vehicles require a bypass which in itself can cost an extra $50, add in power door locks, maybe some relays for heater or rear defrost control. Plus maybe he has a better system than you do. Maybe 2way with nice range for instance.
That is incorrect. A manual transmission can have a remote starter installed. You have to tie into the door open sensors, and the trunk. There is a safety sequence that follows when turning off your car and after completing that, your car can be remote started
Have you not read CZcams agreement terms, can't show the whole film. You need to start reading all the agreement for software and program, start with Window 8!
thats very true but HD video has spoiled society, including me-lol-, too the point that its absurd to even look at anything less that 680p lol. All things aside tho, the video do push its point across. -jason
I am a dei installer y dont u do a remote start in a new chevy like a new h3 hummer 2013 that chevy is verry easy u have no immoblizer by pass no muliplex ing u just have a past 1 sys in a oring jacket
I'll make it very simple for anyone that wants to try this, but never has. DONT EVEN TRY. Vehicles from the 80's up into the late 90's are basic. Late 90's to mid 2000's are a little more advanced. Mid 2000's+ are way different, most of these vehicle no longer have starter wires, some have no starter, ignition, or accessory wires. Newer vehicles can have whats called a Data Bus ignition. If you dont know how to a remote start, i highly recommend that you do not try.

Even so, this is a learning curve because some people still are working in 80s and 90s cars and you can learn by using multimeter.

It's not the quality of the video but the accuracy, the math is right.
