I was born in Norfolk (Parents not from Norfolk) I spent my first 29 years there and left in 1998. I am always thankful that my childhood was spent in this quiet, spacious, motorway free county.

What a lovely place… it said on butchers sigh closed Wednesdays…. When I was a child all shops closed half day on Wednesday

Norfolk is a stunning place..I'm usually at caister on sea/hemsby/great yarmouth..never been to holt..we def wanna visit when we r in Norfolk:)

What a lovely town i'm loving all the little antique shops etc. Like you said it's like going back in time when you had all little shops and not these awful supermarkets all over the place good to see these shops in such a lovely quaint town. Thanks for sharing.

Norfolk looks like a beautiful place, you guys enjoy your holiday. When Dan was talking about the hedgehogs & said the fish gets brutally murdered. 😂
That did look a lovely place with plenty of character. It`s unusual to find a High st with so many independent shops as unfortunately many places are gone due to the Internet and Supermarkets.

Carters have now stopped doing their steam fairs they did their last tour in 2022 they are looking for someone to buy the fair from them this was announced 27th of April 2022
