Alberta Health Services issued closure notices for five Calgary businesses Friday, saying there was evidence uninspected meat had been bought and sold at the locations across the city.

What's horrible? That government is slowly making it impossible for small farmers to sell meat (lack of abbatoirs, crazy regulations...)?

I'm in BC and the closest abbatoir is 2.5 hour drive...people slaughter themselves all the time. I bet this is normal in Alberta as well.
