I just started Endgame in my Nomi run. You’re in for a fun time if you stick with it. It’s really satisfying advancing the tech and suddenly being able to make with ease things you were struggling with. My basic advice for newbies is that you have NO IDEA how much of certain resources you will need. You need a million diamonds to get your creative tank. If it’s not that exactly, it’s close enough. No joke. You will need as much if not more redstone. Start banking Red Coal as soon as you can. Create massive stockpiles of every basic resource that you can. With rare exceptions, too much is never enough. Think big. If you find yourself waiting around for stuff to craft, or keep crafting the same stuff over and over, then build the infrastructure to allow you to make it in bulk. Now is always better than later. I think that a lot of gregtech multiblocks can be wallsharing, try it blast furnaces, you save a lot of space when stacking them and resources too

you should also be careful about chunk borders and multiblock placment cuz it may cause issues when chunks load and unload
Steel is another major step toward LV, you would want to keep those running as often as possible, since if you havent realized, the primitive blast furnace (pbf) is quite slow. Thankfully you will get better steel production in early LV, but that is still a while away from now.
The quest want you to get 1 steam dynamo, but tbh i would think getting 3 or 4 is better. General rule of thumbs for this pack, if you need one, better craft 4. If you need 16 craft 64. You will need it. Almost nothing in this game is needed only once, no reason not to batch craft.
Oh you like multis? You will get to build a lot of multis in this pack, be prepare for a section of the future base just for multiblock alone. For now, the PBF is your first (the coke oven is optional and coal coke technically is better for blasting steel, but i dont find it worth it)
This isnt as relevant now, but you can wallshare multiblock. It will be important in the future to save material, but if you want to cut down on the material for PBF you can wallshare it. And a quadsetup woud be kinda nice (imo). The smokes are fine btw, there isnt pollution.
Be prepare to craft a lot of resistor, vacuum tube and circuit board, because everything needs circuit in this game (only exception i think is the polarizer). A crafting station just for the component would help a long way, oh and did i not mention batch crafting? Yeah do it, 1 stack or half a stack at a time. It feels really good.
Also read the quest on power, it gives a lot of info on how power works, and the last thing you want is explosion wiping half your base.
Apologize for the long comment, but i love watching people starting nomi ceu and have a fun time with the pack, keep it up!
I must admit it is nice having someone that clearly has an encyclopedia of knowledge on gregtech commenting. I did know about the wallsharing from watching videos, it was purely because the firebricks werent all that pricey. Thanks again!
P.S. (I know this and i'll stop procrastinating using the crafting stations more efficiently to batch craft lol)
Nice progression! Keep it up, crafting components will be cheaper when you progress a little more!
Hey eagle, just wondering what you are using for your shaders! I recently started this modpack because of you and I can't play Minecraft without any shaders. Keep up the series man!
I am using the Complementary Reimagined Shaders on the High(Default) Preset.
