11:40 I felt pain when you didnt use the bending machine to make plates 🥲, but one thing to note is that for ores like coal,diamond,emerald etc.. you shouldn't macerate them yet since they will only yield dusts, and turning dusts back into gems is quite difficult and inconvient, just smelt them for now, until you get the ore washing plant and the sifter, which will yield dusts,gems and exquisites. Base looks very neat, maybe the color pallet could use some work but I get that you're trying to make a worn down factory look, very cool nonetheless.
Greate video i love the music. Try making a autoclave its for crafting a vaccum chest it will pick up all of your sugarcane from the ground, so you won't nead to do it manualy anymore.

i think it would be cool if you made your starter factory into an abandond looking structure. like cobwebs and broken blocks. kinda like a relic of the past. that way you can keep it in your world, but have a reason not to use it (and use your new base instead)

A little tip. Auto output is the orange button. The direction is adjustable with a wrench (still recommending always having one in the inv). If the face of the machine is in the way you can change it's position through shift+right click.
Your base looks a hundred times better than anything I can build lmao. I'm a lawn base guy through and through.

I enjoy the building montage. Cant say too much on asthetic, but make sure the base is functional, organized and easy to expand. Dont think i have to elaborate on why that is the case. Look forward to see what comes from this.
Drawer controller has a range of 12 remember, but feel free to spam those till the limit.
Ore processing is complicated, but jei has a good tab for every ore, so it isnt *that* bad. Ore washer, chemical bath, thermal centrifuge, centrifuge, all to squeeze every single drops out of an ore. For now ore doubling is sufficient. But yea, macerator is pretty slow, keep it running. Or a steam grinder, tho that will require better steam production than your one steam dynamo.
Crate can be open under solid block iirc, so you can use auto output on the macerator. Nifty stuff.
Bending machine, lathe and wiremill are basically the trifecta for general component production and with this you can go ham in making component. Oh and the newly alloy smelter finally make steel production much easier, and you always need steel so.
Oh and, i dont mind longer episode, still make them how you want to :)
A steam dynamo is more than enough for a steam grinder, the problem is that it burns fuel constantly even if it's full of steam.
Huh, i suppose i might have misremembered. Thought they can be a bit steam hungry
