Great video Michael. Been rehabbing my wrist and forearm for while now. Mainly tennis elbow but also shoulder issues. Started rice bucket training almost an entire month and it's strengthened those areas again. Along with increasing my grip strength too as a perk. Been learning a bunch of different movements and adding them to my routine. Thank you for your service as well đ
This was a good video rice đ bucket đȘŁ grip strength is definitely good for rehab I remember doing this exercise to get my strength back in my fingers and wrist
I never understood why they polish the bran off rice, until I discovered it increases its shelf life to almost 25 years, vs much much shorter for brown, unpolished rice. It's because of the oils in the bran that cause it to spoil. I used to think that was Asia's worst mistake and the west followed suit, until I learned why they must polish it off. Otherwise, brown rice is much better for you, but it is extremely rare to get brown rice that is fresh enough to eat, that isn't too old. The bran is loaded with b vitamins and of course fiber.
Go and see a Marine Corps recruiter. They're not just going to attempt to sign you right up and tell you nothing at all. They have a list of questions to which if you answer yes to any of them (like, are you a fugitive from justice, felony convictions, or on any medication that could disqualify you) that if you answer yes to them, you cannot be a Marine at that time. They will be glad to tell you how to prepare.
