@@RAMY2472 I have a noticeable difference and that was without a consistency you should also know that my wrist ain't the biggest so that's something you should want to take into consideration. Overall I think it works and I plan to soon do it consistently.

If you want to strong bones and strong hand you can do 10 finger push ups and after 2 finger push ups and after 1finger push ups.if you cant do 2 fingers try 3 finger push ups after you can do 2 finger push ups it's very important do 2 finge push ups and after do 1 finger push ups and do nukle push ups and wrist push ups and do beat martiall art.i do kyokishin karate

I have just started weight training. Will this help me with the bearable joint pain in fingers and elbows ? These pains are not permanent. They come and go ?

good stuff, although that's not what this exercise is about. I use grippers but not for this

they're awesome! But they don't train the grip in the same way this does.
I am losing grip, and my fingers and hand start to pain even after minimal work like writing just for 2 min although pain will go as soon as I give rest, will this help me in getting my strength back
yes, it will help. But you need to strengthen your entire body. Suffering pain in one area as a result of a sedentary lifestyle will get much worse if you don't start resistance training 3 times a week for 40 minutes.
If you just try to make the wrists stronger you will soon notice pain somewhere else.

in 28 days of good strength training you will be stronger, and that will never stop. You keep getting stronger the more you train. Yes it will help build muscle

Thank you sir, I am 14 and I have a goal to reach 40kg, 83lb of grip strength (I am already at 38kg) and beat my classmate that has (it might surprise you) a 73kg, 161lb grip strength, he is only 14 with that much strength,
And before you say he is big no he literally trained his upper body and lower body to get big and strong. 2 years ago (he was 12 at the time) he literally just had stick arms and legs.

you should use a “captain of crush” hand gripper start at the beginner one and work your way up but you gotta get to 100 first once you can do 100 and master that keep going up 130-150-190-230-300-350 I’m currently can do 230 no doubt more than that

Just did a quick 50 as a tester and Im feeling it in my left arm as well as my right but more of a burn in my left arm. I'm assuming it is because that is my weaker side but with focus on technique and posture I can feel where the differences will be
yeah it's normal to feel it more in the weak side. The imbalance will work itself out over time.
I cant tell if my wrist hurt bc Im snapping my wrist back to hard or if I did the exercise right and it's working
Well, your wrists shouldn't hurt. You feel a discomfort from exercising, but it shouldn't be painful. And I'd love to help, but without seeing you perform the exercise, I can't provide feedback.

it's all about load management ... I'm sure you could do it that many times, but you want to monitor how you adapt and watch out for any signs of overuse.

I want to do many pushups but right now my hands aren't as strong and i am kinda above 80 kgs so from where can i start to be better at pushups

@@plutonium-6826 you're welcome, that's what I do :) FYI doing dumbbell chest press and barbell bench press is MUCH better for building the base level of strength required for good push ups.
If you can get access to that equipment I'd recommending working on those exercises until you can get a body weight bench press for 5 reps.
It's really hard to control your body with calisthenics when you don't have a baseline level of strength already. It's so much easier with weights.

that's not an indication of doing it correctly. You can feel it in different places in the arm. All depends on where your weak links are.

Hi Amy, it's more about what you can handle. When I used to practice Kung Fu I would do 50 reps a day. All 50 without stopping. Your arms are on fire by the end, it's insane the muscle pump you get from it.
I did that for many years and the strength and development in my wrists and forearms has stayed with me. Even now, 14 years after stopping Kung Fu practice :)

Well stronger grip helps the whole arm. But it doesn't train the biceps and triceps effectively

Sure
Does it improve punching power?
If you practice kung fu, yes. But kung fu has a way of punching where this movement helps. Other styles use different techniques and this wouldn't transfer

Grip strength is an expression of strength, weak grip, weak body.

Yes it will, but you haven't done it correctly if you did 100 and didn't feel it. Pay closer attention to the instructions

I've had lots of people comment on how developed my forearms are and I only did Kung Fu for 10 years. So my answer is, maybe ... I wouldn't give this exercise to someone to hypertrophy their forearms, but it did something for me :)
