What exactly is a T-Junction house?
A T-Junction house is a house that's directly facing a T-shaped road where a minor road joins a major one without crossing it. As the road is pointing towards the front door of the house, the house is more exposed to the Chi / energy that is rushing towards the house at a very high speed. Just like lots of sharp arrow flying directly into the house.
What are the negative impacts?
The Chi rushing from the road are not balanced and could have a negative impact on the people living in the house. For example, it could affect the career, relationships, health and prosperity of family members.
Other Road Types
Apart from T-junction, there are also many other types of roads that are considered bad Feng Shui, such as L-shape, skewed T-shape and Y shape. Whatever is the shape, they all have one thing in common - the road is pointing directly to the house, allowing sharp energy entering the house.
If the house is located downhill with a road coming directly towards the house, then the speed of the sharp Chi is even faster.
How to improve the Feng Shui and what are the remedies?
1. Good landscaping can be an easy solution. You can plant a border of shrubs or bushes in front of your main entrance to create a barrier to block the bad energy coming into your house,
2. Similarly, you could build solid fences in front of the main entrance to block the bad Chi
3. You could also hang blinds or curtains on your window, to block the sharp Chi.

T-junction facing main gate is not good feng shui and can affect people living in the house.

Cul de sec is also not considered good Feng Shui. However, not as bad as T-junction.

Yes you can put a gate to block the negative energy, make sure it is enclosed type of gate and more than 2 metres high.

Hi, we purchased 2 units in a subdivision so we have to doors. The unit in left is facing directly to the pathway inside the subdivision and the door of the right unit is somewhat facing the front house. Can we close the door facing the pathway and use the other door instead? Can it help avoid badluck? Thank you.
Hi! if your units are at a T-junction and one of the doors is facing the road, yes t's better not to use the door that's facing the pathway. As long as you don't use it, the negative energy can be reduced.

Hi! In your case, it is still considered a T-junction, but the Sha Chi (attacking energy) is much lower.
