Best Feng Shui Remedies for Missing Corners | Feng Shui Cures & Tips | Chinese Zodiac Animal Signs | Feng Shui Floor Plans
In Feng Shui, ideal house floor plans are in a shape of a square or rectangle.
According to later heaven Bagua, a square or rectangular floor layout is considered good feng shui because the Chi coming from all 8 directions are balanced and can a harmonious environment in your house.
However, not all houses are like that. There are many different type of house floor plans and come in different shapes. They all have one thing in common - they all have missing areas.
In Feng Shui we call this missing corners.
Missing corner could have negative effects on different family members, depending on which corner is missing.
In the Chinese zodiac, each of the 12 animal signs has a specific direction.
Rat = North
Horse= South
Rooster = West
Rabbit = East
Ox and Tiger = North East
Dragon, Snake = South East
Goat and Monkey= South West
Dog and Pig = North West

- Place a Rat symbol
- Hang a picture of water in this direction.

How can we solve it , if the whole area is not on the second floor?
From your description, my understanding is that you have missing SW corner on your second floor. In your case, you can still use the same remedy as I’ve described in this video for the SW corner.

May I please ask about the open floor plans on an apartment? Such as: in this apartment, the living room area and the kitchen area are basically all one, with the kitchen area being designated by a waist high counter that projects from the wall (creating an isolated u-shaped kitchen space)

You will need to check your floor plan in order to tell if there are missing corners. The internal layout and arrangements do not affect the completeness of your home.
Does a garage count as part of the house shape? Breaking the floor plan into 9 squares, the N and NW sections are the garage. How do I work with that?

Hello! Yes you can use the remedy for bedroom but make sure the animal sign you are using is not the one that conflicts with your own animal sign. When talking about missing corner, it’s the sector we are taking about.

Sheep and Ox are in conflict with each other. If the person living in the room is belong to Sheep, and the missing corner in that place needs an Ox ornament, will it have any impact?thanks😊
Yes, in that case, there will be an impact. However, if the missing corner is NE, you can place a Tiger ornament instead.
