The only thing i dont like is the formal kitchen i always want an island.. and bigger one so when you set up buffet things when there is an occasion.. and more storage..

I love how you interpret every details of the house especially the highlights alam mo talaga yung mga materials na ginagamit etc. The only thing I was so distracted are the guys at the back napuputol yung excitement at momentum ng viewers po. Beautiful house! The only downfall (for me) is the swimming pool in a small lot area. I will convert that area in to a lanai.

Yes, however I can confidently say that Julia is more knowledgeable on every house tour. She is intelligent and well informed on parts of the house including materials used, its correct terminology and its function. She's not trying hard hosting both languages (tagalog and english) just to impress you.

I prefer Julia and her team over Apple Grace. I get too distracted with Apple Grace. Meanwhile, Julia presents the highlights of houses so eloquently and professionally without calling attention to herself.
With Apple Grace, you get the impression that she's showcasing the hard work and effort she did at the gym for her drop dead gorgeous curvatures. 😊

But what is up with these switches? They’re not inline, I get that it’s a small detail to some, but it’s glaring to me.
Kind of makes you wonder what else is askew in this place. I really dislike swimming pools next to shrubbery.

Nakakainis lang yung pakielamero sa likod. Tagal tagal ng naghohouse tour nyan feeling mo mas magaleng ka pa. Saka sana tinuro muna yung controls bago istart yung shoot para maayos yung video.
Beautifully done! all fixtures and structures are well thought of, from the facade going up to the roofdeck. I wish I would have seen more of the staff area and service / laundry area. but overall this is the perfect example of my dream home. 🥹 Thank you @presello

Good luck on the asking price. Small lot, its in bf paranaque, even with those fancy materials, ill give it a 45 to 50mil best price tag.

a beautiful house but the formal kitchen is ugly.
But its sandwiched between houses that are pretty ugly. Nope 👎 would rather have this home on a hilltop or near a beach with a beautiful view - not close enough to hear every neighbors conversation or listen to what they’re watching on Netflix.
