Nice house but the extensive use of glass walls and its huge dependence on air conditioning is not ideal in tropical settings like our country where weather conditions are extreme for most part of the year. Natural ventilation, the full advantage of sources of oxygen from abundance of trees, foliage were not prioritized in design development. Huge carbon imprint in a residential property in the suburb.

So curious on the best situation,it's very nice!

The good: solar panels. Yay sustainable energy and less to pay for electric bills. The bad: do these rich people really have a penchant for having the moisture of the bath and their bodily excrement mix with their clothes? Their call but for me it's ew. T&B and wardrobe in separate rooms for me thanks.

Scary naman ng frontage. Parang jungle, forest may malaki pang old tree yikes. Tahanan ng mga white lady & elements & whatnot yikes i don't like. Hindi maaliwalas ngeeee! Scary.

Looks like Julia has been spending time in the gym and weight room lifting weights. That's good. I hate to see her malnourished as in earlier videos. It's difficult to see those houses with a malnourished presenter.

First time ko makita si Julia na parang kasambahay, dapat binigyan niyo na din ng feather duster para ganap na ganap.

Ouch, just saw a cell tower just behind the house. Not at all healthy to be that close even with the 4G microwave repeater. Once made into 5G if it is not already, I would have to pass this property just for that reason alone. Let's just relocate the tower some place else and buy this house! LOL

I like the house, it looks simple but it's realky beautiful. Hindi sya nakakasawa and hindi rin sya nakakalito base sa interior but I was just a little off sa helper's quarter kasi the house and big so it means the ownee will be needing some help not just 1 person and may driver a but the helper's quarter is kind of small talaga e. I think 2-4 houses lang yung nakita ko pa so far na medyo may kalakihan (di talaga masikip) yung quarter for the helpers kasi they deserve din naman ng magandang environment to rest/relax after their work. All in All, I really like this house
