TTCP is a wonderful airport to fly in and out of!
How do you fly the drone view around like that? Mine just sits there.
If you plug a USB Xbox controller in, the analogue sticks allow you to control the drone :)

Sorry to say that MDDP nav is not correct, the runways they have wrong , they should be 8 and 26, in Simbrief they are correct however on the actual msfs2020 they have 01 and 19?? I wonder what happened?? Wrong runways for airport, and of course the NAV is not correct.

Have you noticed that Haiti and the Dominican Republic are actually situated on the same landmass (island)? Both beautiful countries with a lot of enormous environmental and social economical problems.

in my little books and look for my list to go to another airport region.

Can you tell me if these updates somethin g that you have to put in MSFS or does MSFS do this for you automaticly. It would seem this would be eating through your memory
You have to download world updates from the marketplace - they are free. And yes, they are big. They use up storage space - not RAM.
Jonathan, I have never heard "very cool" stated so may times in a video. This is obviusly your favourite phrase. Anyway, thanks for another great video and what else can I say but very cool😊.

For MYEH all airports that serve commercial traffic are required to have a ARFF (Airport Rescue Fire Fighting) truck.

so i found this "GSX Pro for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020" for $30 though, that claims lots of populated portions like fueling, baggage loading, catering trucks and operators and other fun ones but doesn't seem to populate inside the terminal. However the website does sport pics with mobs of people from buses boarding aircraft and in the gate walks to the aircraft! Could be interesting if i find reviews for it first.
I would just love a software button in MSFS to toggle on & off people inside the terminals! Then i could walk around and find a nice lady friend to have as a dinner companion in the food court before i fly off to my next destination. *grin*

New to sim in VR. I don't get any grass height as seen in your video. It is set to Ultra. Any suggestions ? There are no answers to this online.
VR switches off grass to save frame rate, as far as I was aware.
@@jonbeckett Actually, it turns out there is a separate VR settings page which turns everything on in VR. This is NOT the VR on the main options page. It is at the TOP where is says "PC". Toggle to "VR" with the right arrow.. It is the heart of VR operation and airports come alive too as does vehicle traffic. People need to be made aware of this. I found it in a blog after months without it. It's almost hidden. Stupid...

How do you move around in the airport ? Which key combination or camera selection you need to use ?
Drone camera (press Insert on the keyboard), then use an XBox controller to fly around.

Very often I find exploring the airports of places I am unlikely to see in real life easily as satisfying as the flying! 😊

Well done, Jon. Im finally encouraged to fly out of my area of the world at last. Except my X-box controller doesn't pan about so well. Could I get some tips what to do to get them move and pan about, pls?
There is a drone camera on Xbox. Also you can add a plug and play mouse to your Xbox. I prefer that over the mouse function on the controller.
@Jonathan Beckett, What VR system or equipment, are YOU using? How do I know if my computer, can handle it, none of the other PS camera, or the $140.00 Tracker, ever worked, for me. And I have been simming for 13 years. I just want to move up, to a decent VR device, but not sure which one is best. Just made a short helo video, around Nassau, on my channel.
I'm using a Tobii eye tracker. It's not perfect. To be honest, if you've had problems with previous setups, you're probably going to have problems with other solutions too.

The biggest problem is that after 16 update my 1 TB SSD, that I use only for MSFS, is almost full. I have to move some airports and livery on another external 5 TB hardisk and move them only when used !!!
