although this is a meme for the lols, being a struggling addict, I've always connected way too deeply with the image. feeling high but not... happy? just existing, feeling everything and nothing at the same time. You can't be bothered to move. You can't be bothered to wipe the blood off of you. You're just there. The music takes you places... you stare at the ceiling in the midst of your high wondering how it came to be like this.... You're miserable like this, but you rather feel like this than to be sober and experience the world as it is...
you can feel life slip away, but it doesn't matter... nothing matters. you fall asleep. somehow, by the grace of God too, you awake the next day totally fine but hung over-feeling almost. and you just repeat the cycle to offset the bad aches and pains to function for the day, tempting death by pushing your body to limits its not suppose to endure. i know one day it'll kill me... but I can't be bothered to stop.
i know the feeling this meme invokes all too well.
You can seek enlightenment in existence or pleasure in pain.
One thing remains we are all the same.
Please have compassion & a bit of modesty.

I've leveraged my sanity through various supplementation.

Best advice I can impart is a shift in perspective.
Be buoyant with your desired life choices & allow your body ample time to recover between indulgence.
This will promote said choices to not be etched in stone as habit.
Assume the positive connotation of occurrence as frequently as you can.
Shift the mindset of consumption to 'a supplement to good times' rather than a 'numbing agent' that self implies a deficit.
Would be a shame if we lost another soul to the suction of fiendism.
The thing I crave most in life is to be at peace in a world full of turmoil.
Maintain your resolve & offer respite for those you care about.

You wouldn't want to be this person in that place. If you take that much coca and codeine you will have a heart attack. Mostly you'll die but you'll be hospitalized after you even wake up.
