@lotusaku I don't know which ending you're talking about, but I'm sure that p-chan is either not actually p-chan or just a mental image of them. In the true ending it says how the streamer will just "make" a better p-chan because the previous one was unrealistically supportive of her. Which shows how we are just a coping device for her and not a real person. As for when we make love to her, we just don't, you can fill in the gaps of what's actually happening.
I love how when you take the "magic paper", real life recordings show up for a couple of seconds. Really nails down that "out of world" experience it supposedly gives you.
The first time I saw the video clips I was worried she had actually wandered onto a highway and I was about to get, like, the “Car Crash” ending lol

Pretty sure depaz is for diazepam (cuz of the dosage) and embien is ambien (zolpidem), i was wondering what the cough medicine was, assumed it was bron/codeine

Maybe a translation issue? In Japanese, it was written as "ハイポロン(Hypolon)" which is definitely the original name of Hyplon-10.
As far as I know, the color of the capsules is exactly the same.

it's about a girl who wants to become a famous streamer. you're basically her manager and her partner. you have to manage her popularity, money, sanity, affection, and stress. basically if one of her stats gets too high or low it can have consequences. it's a pretty dark game and it has a bunch of endings.

In Japan it's not that simple due to the taboo culture of any drug and illegal drugs being a bit more difficult to import since it's an island. Of course it's still possible to obtain but it will be at a premium rate. I know Japan is not some perfect place. It has its problems just like any other country.
Some places you can but weed from dispensaries that are located everywhere or giving by pharmacies. Ik that's very common is some states and places like Canada
