Anthony is so polite. He asked Carmelina if she did a lot of DIY & complimented it’s nice. Then ended up ripping everything.. 😂

They did a really good transformation on this house. The living room especially looks great (love the fireplace) and the kitchen - wow - I love the continual laminate floor throughout the two rooms plus the "den." Even with the sofa and love seat in the living room it felt roomy, and the screening added rather than the ugly glass block just opened up the space so much. Every time I watch an "Unsellables" episode I feel a strong nudge in my back to get going on my own projects around my house, LOL.

I would die from shame if I were selling my house and the comments were about cleanliness. Not that my home is spotless but surely when you are selling it?

Just wanted to say I couldn’t cook in a kitchen that wasn’t spotless to start with. That is what makes it useable for me.

I couldn’t even begin to cook in a kitchen that wasn’t spotless. I couldn’t have used the original kitchen at all.

This woman should only own a very small completely remodeled condo. Obviously home ownership is too much for her as a single homeowner. She’d probably be happier in a condo too! Good luck with her endeavors!!

Not a fan of the that table in the kitchen. I think a smaller round table would have made if look bigger with more area it move around. That table makes it look cramped.

Seems to me the compare house is old fashioned !
She didnt do much in 8 years ? How old are these shows ? Glass bricks are so 1970’s
Anything they do will improve it !!

More like 1980’s. Though they were in use in Florida in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. That is pretty much where their use originated in the US.

They were in the earlier 2000’s. She didn’t take her to that house to show something chic and modern, though. She wanted to show her cleanliness and organizing work to sell a home.

The house looks so much better now, but the dead plant on the back deck and other bits and pieces still looks bad. Also the blue tarpalin and rubbish bins should get a new home.

Why are these homes priced like other homes that are move in ready?? Why not lower the price to reflect the condition of the house? With a lower price for the current condition some people might be willing to do the work.

Too damned lazy to even do simple, easy things that would take a couple of hours, like wash the dirt off the cabinets, throw out the dead plant, cut the grass, and paint the front door. They worked miracles on this mess.

It WAS dirty and grimy with a lazy, dirty homeowner who expects people to pay big money for her grimy, wrecked mess. Political correctness and avoiding hurt feelings will not sell houses.
