This Blueberry Yogurt Cake has a soft and moist texture. Fresh, juicy sweet blueberries are folded into cake batter. The finishing touch is a delicious brown sugar/cinnamon streusel topping that is wonderfully crisp and crunchy. You can serve this cake warm, at room temperature, or even cold.

I started to watch your videos with my mom, we both used to bake together when I was around 8, now at 15, I watch your videos and make your cakes. I surprised my parents with how good they are every time. Your recipes ignited my love for cooking and baking, and now I do it every weekend.
Thank you, absolute perfection! I love the versatility of subbing in cherries or diced peach wedges and being able to make it different ways all year long. One could double the streusel and put a layer in the centre as well. The flexibility and ease of this recipe should make it a top ten for everyone.
I made this cake last night for friends and used 1.5 cups of frozen boysenberries. It's one of the best cakes I've ever tasted! I added the zest of a lemon to the batter and added both vanilla extract and a few drops of almond extract, also I sprinkled some sliced almonds on top. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe. Four years ago I did not know how to bake a simple cake even, I started with your simple recipes and two years after that I went to chef college to become a chocolate chef. Hi from South Africa. I baked this cake today n my family loved it. The topping definitely gives it that extra special twist to the flavor. I didn’t have the same height tin so I divided the batter into 2 tins. Worked out perfectly fine n I baked for 35min. Thanks for a lovely recipe 👍🏼🎂

Dear Stephanie, thanks for this wonderful blueberry cake recipe. I made this for weekend brunch today and did not want to use a butter batter, only for the streusel, so this was perfect. Absolutely delicious cake!! The family devoured it in no time. I did reduce the amount of sugar though, as I almost doubled the amount of blueberries in the recipe So I used 1/2 cup granulated sugar instead of 1 cup in the cake, and used about 35-40 g brown sugar (instead of 55g) for the humble - it was still absolutely delicious and very sweet! Enjoy!
Ty dear for your good thoughts requested earlier , this cake was perfect, two friends dropped in for chai and enjoyed a slice and took some home. My neighbor children got the rest. First attempt was successful and cut perfectly too.

Thanks for the recipe. I finally got to make it - May 2023; only I didn't have a spring form pan, so I used my 2.2 Qt -2 L glass Pyrex baking dish. I should have used the bigger one or the bunt cake pan; it fluffed up so much, I thought it was going to spill over while baking. Thankfully it didn't. It did turn out nice, except for the bottom where all the blueberries fell too. It was kind of gooey, compared to the rest of the cake which was super with the streusel topping. I shouldn't have added the rest of my blueberries from the pint container; I didn't want to put them back in the refrigerator and have them hanging around. It looked less than a 1/4 cup, and I didn't think it would make that big of a difference if I added them. I was wrong. In fact, I think I'd use a little less blueberries than the recipe amount called for when I make this again, especially if the berries are large in shape. Always keep them wanting more, but your carrot cake recipe is still my favorite. I don't mind mostly eating it all by myself.

This being our 619th video it's hard to change our format at this point. We decided early not to compress our videos because that would mean leaving information out that is necessary to make the recipe successfully. Our objective is not to get more subscribers but to educate people that do watch how to make the recipe not to just entertain them.

i made tis cake today. i messed it up a little lol but it still turned out good. first i realized i inly had 1 cup of blueberries so i added have a cup of blackberries. Next idiscovered that i had only vanilla flavored full fat greek yogurt si i cut the vanilla extract by half. i probably could have cut it by just a quarter. Next somehow u added a cup of full fat milk. i dont know where i got that bright idea! lol! i was wondering why my batter was so soupy! anyway i finally figured it out and stuck it in the iven any way. i probably should have cut the sugar by 1/4 on account of the vanilla yogurt. anyway the cake was absolutely delicious!!! thank you again stephanie for another amaxing recipe!!!

Looks delicious! Have you tried dropping the berries once batter is in the pan and letting them sink on their own? Perhaps by the time the cake has finished baking, the berries will end up smack in the center.
Another test would be to mix one third of the berries into the batter as you did, pour mixture into pan then drop remaining two thirds of the berries on top.🙂
