I don't see an issue with that scenario, both processes are entirely automated.
@@rdizzy1 yeah, it's ridiculous for 2 people to put hours of their time, hundreds of their own dollars and film it with thousands of dollars worth of gear to expect revenue. I mean, making trending shows how many people CZcams got to advertise to while passing none of those profits on to the Backyard Scientist. Good point.
It is simply the fault of capitalism, CZcams values the overall money and opinion of the advertisers more than what many content creators think about the situation, because they believe that will net them the most money. So, they put whatever the corporations want into the algorithm and it tags videos accordingly.
Unless you think people have some inherent right to post videos and make money off of the back of a private companies servers and brand name, which they don't, not even close. They are free to attempt to compete with CZcamss almost complete monopoly over video uploading service. I mean they aren't deleting peoples videos, they are just not allowing people to make money from them if the algorithm finds them to be unattractive to advertisers in any way that they want. (Because it is a private company and they are free to do so). To be frank, they would even be completely fine if they did just delete peoples videos they disliked, for any reason.@@mikedrop4421

Around 2:50 when you shot the fish tank with the sodium dowel:
My first thought was: "Just tape an ampoule of cesium to the end!" While sodium does go boom in water, it can take a couple seconds if you toss a chunk into water. Cesium goes boom INSTANTLY. Then I thought a little more and realized cesium sells for $100 per gram. But, I guess potassium is good enough. Sigh.
What about 1/4 gram of francium, oh wait, that is too much isn't it

For those not already aware, the sodium and potassium themselves are not combusting. Alkalai metals chemically react with water producing hydrogen (the actual fuel) gas as a product. This reaction is exothermic and the hydrogen is ignited from the heat released.
I'm sure most of the viewers know this already, but some might not and could be (understandably) confused.

John Deininger I had no idea of the specific chemistry behind the reaction, that’s very interesting! For some reason, I suppose I always thought they just reacted with water to make a big explosion, and never thought that deeply about it. I feel like most media that uses sodium, potassium, or cesium to react with water just says, “this stuff go boom when touch water”, and I just kind of accepted it. This comment deserves more likes, and it’s been 8 months already, but I hope you’re doing well! CZcams comment sections need more intelligent, helpful people like you. I hope you see this, and I think we might be good friends.

or course it's important to note that a saw table needs a lot of power to stay on, so it's best to use it when you don't have any "metal" ammo left to use against zombies.

You can see the dowels are right behind each other when they're flying through the air. They are being pushed down the magazine as efficiently as possible.

You should find a way to add rifling! Those small dowels fired wonky and I’m curious how much of a difference rifling or making the wood more aerodynamic might make🤔🤔
Having the pipe on a slight angle to the blade might add enough spin to give them some stability.
Arrow Fletching / feathers might be easier

I don't think rifling would work with a singular saw. Now if you could arrange 3 or more in a diagonal the would would spin like rifling. Rifling works best in guns, because your bullet is still gaining momentum while going through the rifling. Otherwise rifling would just cause massive drag slowing the projectile. Edit: actually just placing the saw offset in the tube and at an angle should spin the tubes as they go through the saw.
