    I'm so glad I found your CZcams channel. In the last 25 (1996-2020) years I've had 2 lower back surgeries, carpal tunnel and ulnar neuropathy and total left shoulder rotator cuff replacement (this was the last one) in Dec 2020. Along the way I developed other medical issues however, I will not let it defeat me. Yes, it is hard. Yes, it is a "I don't feel like it" syndrome but I must push on. Thanks Donovan!

    I am recovering from my second knee replacement and so this will be an excellent video to do daily after or before my walks….I was a former athlete but now have a ways to get back to where I was

    Thank you so much for these strengthening exercises and the pep health talk. It’s been a journey with dealing with a weak knee after a major injury and that’s a pain in itself considering I’m a workout Diva. But I’ll incorporate this weekly to help build the strength back in “my right knee” too. Enjoy the kids and keep helping us maintain these bodies, ciao.

    I try it it’s going to take me a little time because my right knee is my problem knee and it’s hard for me two bend it and stand with out it trying to give out I will keep trying i don’t give up fast

    Amazing knee exercises! I've been doing these similar exercises from a previous video of yours and I have seen such amazing results. It was because of your videos my knees have strenghtened! There was another video of yours 20 minute indoor walking cardio workout for energy which has strengthened my knees and my legs tremendously but it' has recently been deleted. I'm saddned by this. WIll you be able to do a similar video? Thank you with so much gratitude.

    My workout was not good today either I’m still working on my right side trying to get strength in my knees it’s hard to Softene and stand on the right side I am in therapy I’m doing the same thing

      Take your time and do not over do it. Switch to upper body stuff until your knee cools down.
