First I wanted to say WOW! That before and after picture, after just a week was remarkable! I saw a big difference! I have bunions and crossed second toes, and I decided it iis time to do something about this, just in the last week
This is a great program you teaching here, and feels good.
Second, I would love to know more about barefoot shoes. I have always gone for more support, high arch supports, ect, and it just scrunches my "challenged" toes moreso.
If you wanted to, could you share how barefoot shoes effect the arch, the toes, bunions and any other foot challenges? It is completely a different concept from what I have always known, especially with my feet.
If not, do you like a specific style?
Love this channel and this series. THANK YOU!
Shan is awesome, honestly wish I could emigrate just to work with you guys. Always interested in this type of therapy
Real life problem.... Real effective treatment.... Awesome tutorial!
Bravo so far so good It’s looking way better 👍
It’s like learning but with the funniest professionals in the game 👏🤣

Great to see the boys taking care of the princess 👸. Question, if Shan has to go under knife 🔪, are u guys going to do her rehab on feet?
Great content
Thank you 🦶 🥷
@@MelbourneMuscularTherapies ninj if that’s you I’ll loose my shit! I’d fly from the UK to Australia for your thumbs!

Shan is tough as nails! 🦶🥷
I can feel that paijn I always do massage in that area really very painfull.before only my left leg now is boths legs pain I think is cause bunion
It's an Australian thing. She had a cup of concrete for breakfast.
I need you in my life
Aaron has his priorities straight. Best director in town? George Lucas! You got that right lol
I don’t got a bunion but need that inner toe work so bad.
Is there a therapist who does that kind of treatment in France?
Why when I straight the big toe does the second toes start raising off the ground the straighter the big toe gets?
Anyone know what that meabs?
i had big bunnions from bad fitting bodyboarding fins, but then i changed to some more comfy ones and there is no sign i ever had bunnions and my feet looked like this before....
Where can I get this level of body work therapy in SF Bay Area California?
We're not sure. Try to find a practitioner who follows us! We're bringing out an online course for practitioners so people around the world will be able to learn our method and philosophies 🦶🥷
Does muliple times going over on your ankle result in fallen archers then bunions ....mine have started after the last time i went over on my ankle...my ligaments are weak ...
This looks terribly painfull, think I will go for surgery.
Where do I go for this kind of therapy? I asked my podiatrist about therapy. He said there isn't any.
We have the beginnings of a directory started. It has people around Australia and In the USA. New people are getting certified each 6 months.
People that do myofascial release generally do similar work to us. Show them a video from us. They should be open to it if they're genuinely wanting to help people.

Hey mate?
I literally have just copied only the first guy with what he's doing and after 3 days this bunion on side of my foot is changed by maybe 40%.... .us there a possibility this hasn't been a bunion but one of them sprains or something...
Because how can it be there for 8 years and dissapates after 3 days manipulation??.
It bloody hurts . Just like the girl.. but now I noticed a little gap between the 2nd and 3rd toe?..
Is that normal?..
Or what does it mean. When bunion dissapates but gap between other toes start?
It all sounds really positive from what you're saying.
Maybe you can try toe spacers so all your toes can spread. Continually wearing shoes kams all the bones in your feet together.
Best wishes with it. Keep working at it. Ninj🥷
@@MelbourneMuscularTherapies .I never wear shoes I'm home all the time.. I do wear socks .. I rolled my ankle q long time ago never went to doctor..
Thankyou reply..

Shan is Sooooo Cute
Bunions or not, given the way standard footwear bunches and bends the toes, it seems to me almost everyone could benefit from this, especially those switching to barefoot shoes.
You're correct! Thanks for the message man 🙏
@@MelbourneMuscularTherapies Thanks for the exercises!
And if you ever decide to do a similar series on rehab for the newly barefoot, I'll be there for it. I imagine a lot of people would be.
Hey John.
Thanks for the idea 💡
Thanks for your support man 🙏
@@MelbourneMuscularTherapies A pleasure. Subbed so I won't miss it if you do that video/series.
WHERE DO U GET THESE SEPARATORS, IS IT ONLY ONE SIZE FOR EVERY FOOT, LET ME KNOW WHEN U'RE POSTING YOUR 3RD VIDEO
I got mine from Amazon , they were too uncomfortable for my toes :((
there are quite a lot on amazon and ebay and others who sell barefoot footwear. I have three different pairs now and are qite happy with them. One has to try and find out which suit best. I sometimes know that a certain pair is the right one for a couple of hours or the night. Be always alert and watchful what is good for your feet , do not rush, learn to feel your feet again. They tell you how much the are willing to tolerate and when it is too much for them for the time being.
I had gotten about 5 different brands of them from Amazon, and 2 out of the 5 were tolerable. I also cut the band that wraps around the big toe. It made them way more comfortable, to the point that I can wear one of them while I’m wearing crocs. The other I just wear to walk around the house with socks on.
Check foot collective
how do u book for session?

Can't lie I thought it was Johnny Sins in the thumbnail.

I don't even know what a bunion is and I don't want anyone to tell me.
Well looks pretty clear, don't think anyone even needs to explain

Try the north side.
How is this not hurting her she just not have a painful bunion
It was hurting her a lot. She has a high pain threshold too! 🦶
She cute
Gezz I wish I was her foot
This is BS
Here’s a thought then. Don’t watch genius.
Bloody superb?
Boooo no women only men
no women only meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen
NO.
You really are repulsive.
Loan of crap
genetics? She has weak bones in general? because as far as I know it's not a genetic issue! not like your parents had it and now you have it. This is a shoe or flat feet issue. a bunion is just your big toe bone bending inwards. She probably wears lots of high heels or very narrow shoes.
Nope. Wrong- . Unfortunately my grandmother had them, self and everyone of my cousins did as well very young. 4 of us, before high school was over. Awesomeness 😭
I saw on her IG awhile back she had on tight fitting heels. It definitely doesn’t help.
