It's mild. My bunion also mild not even touching the next toes but when I give pressure on the right side of the bone/muscle of the thumb it's painful but I just keep continue it. It's useful to separate manually while I need to find the right separator.
Yeah I need some of this massage with water and salt , like si elsaid.
