USA desperately needs an enemy in other to strengthen their Alliances, which has been plagued by in fighting.
US does not want a diescalation, they need to save face from their defeat in Afghan, and draw the world's focus elsewhere.

Well the thing is Russia is not USSR, which supported India during 1971 Bangladesh liberation war. Also the king of defense agreement India and USSR had at that time is now between Russia and China.

US doing this much in support to ukraine to counter russia, but why US or NATO is not deploying troops or doing like this(military Aid) to support Taiwan to counter china??
Well NATO won't have troops in Asia because it's not Europe, but some countries like Britian and Germany have sent warships there. The US has a big navel fleet present off the coast of Taiwan, so does Japan. We are not seeing a build up from the US there because China hasn't move thousands of troops and military hardware to the coast of Taiwan.
The UK and the US are selling nuclear submarines to Taiwan. Also, they policy towards Taiwan is ambiguity. If China does not know if the US will defend Taiwan, they cannot determine how costly the invation would be (or if they would even succeed). Without knowing, China wouldn't invade.
Also, unlike Russia, China's economy is stongly connected to the Western countries. Both the West and China are vulnerable to eachother. It will keep peace.
