In the last two years Russia has held military exercises using nuclear capable missiles it has also tested a new strategic cruise missile that is capable of carrying nuclear warheads too. Russia has clearly and openly stated the conditions under which they would use a Nuclear Weapon. Any third party twisting of words or speculation just constitutes further instigation and in an economy like India's that is dependent on oil and military technology from Russia to stay current, it's not wise to be that one. The world should relax about putin and his nuclear treats. Russia is not the only country in the world with these weapons. France, Great Britain, Pakistan, North Korea, China, India and Isreal(GOD'S) chosen people. I ask,...
