Howdy. Good review. Through trial and error, I have found that only Halo Vanilla Bean ice cream does not affect my metabolism. It's strange. Rebel spikes my Blood Pressure, and the other keto ice creams taste like crap to me. So, since I am always, now-a-days, mostly in carb/calorie deficit, I can indulge the Halo Vanilla Bean without affecting my weight or metabolism. - It's weird how everyone has to find their own path to a personal keto/carnivore lifestyle that works for them individually. - Man, I am a glutton for punishment. An old buddy who moved off to Arizona in '18, sent his local now grown daughter to see me about discount, refurbished, appliances. I jumped through hoops of fire, for old times sake, and just finished delivering and setting up a really nice washer and dryer to a second floor apartment, 30 minutes from my shop. I feel beat up. LOL. - I'm glad I could help her and remember my Army vet buddy on this Memorial weekend. Maybe I will get a star in my heavenly crown for this one. I think I only netted about $150 profit on her sweet deal with a high quality set, a ton of back breaking labor, and and hour's drive time, thrown in. -
