for the most part I do as well but I make content for everyone if I stayed the course and I was on with only carnivore content it would be the same ol same ol to everyone Gotta mix it up, I know not everyone is into the keto stuff that's why I don't engage everyone or every video the same I'm just tired of all the carnivore keto bs honestly, it's one of the main reason I dont put alot of content anymore
I'm on some sample email lists and there are so many plant-based items offered all the time. I ate a 1/4 of a cinnamon bagel today with some natural peanut butter, yummy. I fast so often I dont worry about wt any more. But I have also noticed more keto choices online where I shop now bc Cali is still on its unending lockdown, almost have this governor recalled, cant wait for that day. My sister in law is on Keto diet now. She wasn't heavy to begin with, but helped her loose ~10lbs in couple months
