I am so happy you’ve cleaned up your life and are focusing on you! 2020 has been the year of renewal for sure. I’ve been carnivore now 2 1/2 years but followed you since I started keto in 2017. Well I like to cover topics that are the main point in our lives and politics simply become a huge issue. if that's something that I have to be on top of well I choose to be on top of it, either people go along for the ride or they don't you know this is not just a one-size-fits-all channel but it does sometimes have to do with everything going on in the world I'm glad you're doing well, Merry Christmas
I'm doing good and I'm staying on track I haven't messed up in a long time and even if I do it's something very very small to not do any damage and I don't overindulge anymore and yes social media is very toxic Facebook being the worst of them all

Yeah I kind of fell off the Keto, and started having a little bread here and there, and a cookie or two, then a few chips, then a bag of chips. I put back on 70lbs, and my AIC came in at a 10.3. I am back on the Keto wagon again and down about 35lbs. Now I am including a few keto recipies that I am learning to make. I made some keto "fries" the other day from almond flour and they were really good, I am having some unsweetened ketcup, and I am including low carb veggies, and 0 carb bread. It seems to work better to help break up the monotony of just eating meat all the time. I am also just counting net carbs this time instead of total carbs and I don't notice any difference in ketosis.
