Cauliflower Mac and Cheese 1 pint heavy whipping cream simmering 1 stick cream cheese Stirred in 2 cups shredded cheese all melted together 4 bags rice Cauliflower cooked take sauce and dump into strained cauliflower, mix it up top with something of your choice like mushrooms or just go straight cheese then oven 20min at 400 let sit 15min when done and then serve....SO GOOD
I guess the steak was yummy tho I like my grass-fed beef or lamb ground, the mac & cheese casserole must have been delish but it didnt look appetizing, maybe it needed more yellow dye lol! Thx Richard!!

so we do with what we can and make the best of it
