Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we canât choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

LILLY!!! YESSSSS!! This was FIYAH! Absolutely LOVE adding these finishers onto the Low Impact Full Body Fat Burn Guide on the LEAN app! Also, the plank sequence in this class has me thinking "Pilates Plank Challenge Finisher pleeeeease" because my goodness that part was a pure upper body and core BURNER! @@hna_j57 This was my 3/4 challenge. I don't think Pilates is helping me loose a lot of weight which I'm looking for.. I may be doing it wrong so I won't say it's not effective. But I have moved to other workouts.

Are you engaging your core and putting more of your weight into your lower body than arms? You are using your arms to stable yourself but not exercising them that much
