Yes, we got this!! I thought I was inadequate at first right after a traumatic labor ending in an emergency c section because I was so sleep deprived and my body was so wrecked. But I’m slowly starting to feel strong and capable again. It gets better! My baby is one month too, born on Dec 18th 😀 congrats!!

My baby is a little over 3 months old, so I just came out of the 4th trimester! Resting after giving birth was not easy for me. . . especially after my subsequent births, when I already had a child or more at home to care for.

Thank you for talking about PPD! I’m 28 weeks with my second baby, and I have a plan with my care team to take the new PPD medication right away after delivery because I had severe PPD with my first. I feel so thankful for these medical advances!

I cry many times a day and I am feeling anxious for not being so productive at home.
My partner and I decided to sleep in a separate room for him to be able to focus at work and I can focus with our baby. I’ve been missing him extremely (even though we still live in the same house).
I’d like to request more information about SIDS.
I did tons of research but in every country they are different.
Here we are allowed to sleep with the baby with a baby nest - SWADDLING is not allowed. In other countries its not allowed.

I feel like everyone always talks about what to expect during pregnancy and the labor process, but no one has prepared me for what comes right after. I generally feel like everything I've learned has been on my own through research.

I nap when my daughter is awake I live with my dad so I just feed her make sure she’s got a clean diaper and her toys and Mrs Rachel or Blippi and she’s good 😂
One of my breast makes twice as much milk, anyone else experience that? I pump same time amount on both sides since day 1. (I'm an exclusive pumper bc of tongue tie and small jaw)
