RFSQ - ROCK61, GOLDG71, GOLDG84 Responding | Vegetation Fire - ICP Footage

This video features the Incident Command Point (ICP) of a vegetation fire in Wongawallan on May 30 2023 along Welches Rd. Multiple RFS appliances and one urban appliance were in attendance of this large vegetation fire throughout the afternoon. Appliances captured responding to the ICP and repositioning into the property where the fire was are:
- Rocky Point 61 (ROCK61)
- Gold Coast Group 71 (GOLDG71)
- Gold Coast Group 84 (GOLDG84) - ACTING COOMERA VALLEY 81
- Mount Tamborine 51 (MTAM51)
The ICP vehicle of this incident was Guanaba 81, which managed several fire crews on the F/G that were and were not featured in this video, including:
- Coomera Valley 41, 51 & 52 (COMV=)
- Guanaba 41 & 51 (GUAN=)
- Mount Tamborine 52 (MTAM=)
- 636A (Helensvale)
Rocky Point 61 (ROCK61) and Gold Coast Group 71 (GOLDG71) were assigned to assist crews with water supply as there were no nearby hydrants. MTAM51 and MTAM52 were requested to proceed to the incident to swap with on scene crews towards the end of the firecall.
Great work to all the crews on site & cheers for the Incident Controllers for letting me have a look and get some footage.
