    Curious... directions say allow 1-1/2 hours to cure before refilling. Tried immediately refilling and was leaking almost immediately! I'll see what happens this time. Everything cleaned meticulously with brake clean.

    Applied ultra black to an oil pan, reinstalled on the vehicle. After 6 plus months after reinstalling, had to take oil pan off. It is now stuck to the motor and cannot be removed. Anything you have that will dissolve the silicone so the oil pan can come off?

    What if you wait 24 hours instead of the 1 hour before torquing the differential cover bolts to spec? Will waiting longer for the initial bead of RTV silicone to cure help improve the durability of the seal?
