You see Lew’s came out with a new spinning combo? The Lew’s Speed Stick Classic Series. They released a bait casting version last year. For $50 it’s really nice. The rod is pretty much the Hank Parker rod and the reel feels Xfinity quality. The color scheme is really nice, black and gold. I got one due to my Xfinity being snapped in my car door this past fall. This combo will be my Texas / wacky rig combo due to the rod being extra fast.

I may need to look at one of these. I ended up snapping the tip off of my Hank Parker rod when I flipped my kayak a few months back. It rolled over next to rocks and it snapped. I was able to glue a new end guide back on but it’s about 4 inches shorter now lol. These are great rods though.
