She was literally aggressive and belligerent with the police since the moment they arrived. She walked away while they were trying to question her , she was rude while answering questions, and she's the one that tried to resist arrest. I definitely believe she was the aggressor.

What we do know is that he's the one who called the police to inform them that she was hitting him, and when police arrived she was the aggressor in the situation, even towards the police. We can't just assume he's wrong because she's a female, when he's the one that called for help.

I watched where a baby cried for his dad that held her hostage. As someone that had an abusive alcoholic father, it seems like the abuse is normal. There are some good times, and small children can’t just turn love on and off.

Been through this before. My ex lied on me after he battered me said I bit him & I went to jail. When he has a history of DV. The detective looked into a hospital visit I had for him biting my finger prior, they had to report and dropped case. I had to pay for bail and spend the night in jail with covid. That demon I'm so glad is out of my life. The next police visit he went to jail and we finally ended that toxic relationship for good. Glad I'm single and free of abuse.

It isn't really that dumb when you think about it. The top of the stairs isn't the only place you can get kicked down it. Could be from half way up the steps or anywhere on the flight of steps for that matter. How far up the steps she was kicked from does tell a lot about how bad injuries could've been.

If you have a domestic violence issue in the house, it may be a good idea to have hidden cameras or audio recorders and tell a trusted family member/friend where they are. But, if it's gotten to the point you need to record the interactions with your partner, it's time to leave anyway 🤷🏾♀️

I was in that crazy situation to. Lived with her and she turned into a 24/7 drinker. She called police and said I hit her and off to jail I went. She even scratched her cheek and said I did it. I got out of jail grabbed my stuff and bye bye.

How is this incompetent people on the force? It’s clear that it’s a he says she says situation, they can’t determine who was the aggressor as stated, but since both are claiming domestic violence they just arrest them both. And it seems like it’s a state law that since it’s domestic violence related they have to take action rather than just leaving (considering what the cop said at the beginning). The cops seemed perfectly reasonable throughout the entire thing.

I’ve been in this situation and I can tell you rightnow it ain’t worth it. It cost me thousands of dollars and it gives you a bad rep. The kids are the ones who suffer the most. The Bible says it’s better for a man to sit in the corner of the house than to be with a belligerent woman.
