Vitalia at Tradition is a 55+ active adult community located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This lovely community offers up a tremendous amount of beauty and value right here in the Treasure Coast.

Virtual house hunting is fabulous! I love house #2 the most because there is no body of water behind it. The idea of an alligator being in that water is really scary. The Vitalia community is really nice. Good job!

Enjoyed it! I'm learning the area (from Oregon). The neighborhood "overview" videos are great to get a feel of which neighborhoods may fit best, then a video like this shows a real example house and what you get for the money.
If you want an idea: "Best neighborhoods in the $300's; or $400's; or upper 200's". A few years until retirement, and my wife and I are opposites, so we're watching videos and will visit areas starting later this year to start planning. Great videos, thanks!!!

My favorite was the last house. Feedback: less drive talk, even though they may have the same floor plan, don’t forget the lot! The second house with the concrete wall in the back looked like it would hold a lot of water when we get our rains

I love it AlMOST Everything. The only things is some of the colors of cabinets & master bathroom not in love. The kitchen of the first 1 is everything the Second kitchen is also AMAZING!!! I’m looking for BEST INVESTMENTS AREA in MiAMi Florida; That I CAN LIVE IN. I live NYC as of now so it would b too much of a change but I think I have to do it for my health is kinda crucial to me to get out so I can save my life. I’m looking at downtown Miami since is all I know about Miami; I been couple times on vacation but did not explore bc if my anxiety. WHAT AREA do YOU miss lady & You GUYS that read this comment please let me know what area y’all recommend “a city girl” To buy in under 250k with NO HOA fees & those hidden fees for amenities etc.. Loved this tour. Too bad you couldn’t tour the amenities and also share the HOA. Honestly it’s beautiful. Loved the tile work in kitchen and baths. Favorite is tile that looks like wood floor. Brick pavers on drive. Extra deep garage. I like Sebastian due to mostly no HOA and pricing. But can see the plus for this type of community. So divided agh.

I like this format. One suggestion is for me, I like to know what direction the house faces. I like an east/west exposure personally so that I have sunsets in the backyard. Otherwise again, I think the format is great.

How about Newport Isles in Port St. Lucie close to Tradition. The homes look nice and prices seem very reasonable. The HOA is only $159 also and includes Fast ATT Internet and HBO Max.

Hello Donald. It's all relative.... the HOA may seem high but they include SO SO MUCH. ( things you are paying for now but at a higher price) High speed internet, HD cable TV, lawn cutting, fertilization/irrigation, security system monitoring, clubhouse maintenance. I like to buy property but...may I suggest less yapping more showing of property, and there is no virus in your car we can't hear you under the mask your voice is muffled, plus these ridiculous face diapers muffle and don't work.
