be careful, warranty is at the builders discretion. Landscaping is a disaster, response from builder is a joke. buyer beware

Only villas , no apartments or condos in this community. Villas are currently running in the $350K to $375K range....
When you say “Hurricane window protection”, what does that mean exactly? Thank you.
Some builder will install windows that are wind rated for hurricane. ( meaning ..no need to put up shutters)

CL...negative. HOA fees are strictly for cutting your lawn, cable TV, common area maintenance and some include internet. Taxes are all you~~~ thanks for watching.
