He'll prolly be the next owner of Arsenal

can you make a video on arsenal chairman situation or a video on the Ajax hierarchy and their youth system-- think both of those topics would be very interesting.
Alex Nasoni MAIL there’s already a video about that bastard Kroenke

This is a really good overview of the Arsenal finances, Arsenal are a wealthy club and one of the top in Europe but because they are in the Premier League that financial might is matched or surpassed by teams they are directly competing against.
It's Scott! Keep up the good work on the Arsenal Vision Podcast!
The wage will go down a lot next season
Ramsey - less 110k a week
Cech - 120k
Lichsteiner - 80k
2 - 3 players more out will get us less at least 20m to save for new players wage
Alot of bad business hasnt helped. Wilshere, ramsey, sanchez, mustafi, jenkinson, perez, joel campbell in recent times, looking back there was Van persie, fabregas etc. Having no money at all and no investment from the chairman us an insult to the club reguardless
Kroenke has invested over a billon in his dead american football side , but nothing into arsenal in several years.
players very rarely are sold for money in american football
@@TheYCS08 And they lost 3-13...
@@TheYCS08 of course they fair better than Arsenal because Kroenke invested a lot of money to them. That's like saying Man City is doing well at the moment
Arsenal fans didn't want owners to spend back in 2007 and allowed Stan kroenke to join rather than letting Usmanov take over
Thanks to a certain lawsuit over moving said American football side out of its proper home, Señor Stan may lost millions more (if not a billion).
A lot - Sir Savage, The 21st.
How this channel doesn’t have a million subscriber yet is beyond me. Keep up the great work guys! Your videos are a must watch for anyone who loves the beautiful game. Thank you from all of us 🙏🙏
Let’s look how much money the owner has put into the club for transfers.
Zero.
Arsenal’s accounts are arguably the most well prepared in the premier league.
As a football business and finance student at UCFB, using arsenal as a case study feels like cheating as they make it so easy.
Arsenal’s virtuous circle is based of a self sustaining model is evidence of the owners current and future plans. While Kroenke is well liked in america building a new stadium and investing getting his team to the super bowl, here at arsenal we have yet to see that. I fear unless that changes spurs will overtake Arsenal
Using Deloitte money league that was released not to long ago Arsenal are only marginally ahead and if spurs stay in the top 4 this season will leap frog Arsenal.
I see people mention the wealth of the owner but if the owner isn’t willing to put his own money in for transfers Arsenal football club are at a disadvantage, for comparison Mike Ashley is generally disliked at his club however he is investing in transfers.
Worth noting that he is an NFL owner and any NFL club can be run on a self-sustaining budget as well since that league makes well over £200 million/$300 million per club.
And NFL doesn't have transfer fees.
Ebin Spurdo Great points! 👍
Matt Johnson it seems that arsenal sales its good players only for making the numbers look good! No wonder that it cant show consistent results in playing football. the future of the club is under a big danger. They have never managed to keep a stable team! Only in 2002-2005 season
Armenak Balasanov Good points!
Let’s not forget the Ramsey and player contract situation aswell!
Arsenal’s merchandise sales should be the highest in the world considering the amount of shit Ty buys every week
“A Lot”: 21 savage voice
Now the headlines about Ramsey and Ozil make sense. Two things are quite clear now: first, If Wenger had stayed, the 17 million exit package would have been allocated to re-signing Ramsey. Second, Ozil was given that huge contract under the basis that Wenger would stay. Wenger left and the club had no choice but to compensate Wenger at the expense of Ramsey. In conclusion, Arsenal must qualify for the CL and Ozil must be offloaded.
Which will be really hard. Özil just doesnt have a good reason to move to another club. I mean if he wants more gametime sure then he probably should but if he doesnt care about that too much and enjoys living in London and reciving huge wages every week then I dont see him leaving. He won a couple titles over his career allready plus clubs that guarantee a title are very unlikely to want Özil. Maybe aside from PSG but that would involve moving to another country and learning a new language. Furthermore Özil has cut connections to the national team so there is no reason for him to care either and he never struck me as a player who hungers for trophys anyway.
So I guess the best hope for Arsenal is that he want to move to turky in the near future to be closer to his family otherwhise he might just stay at Arsenal living his life =/
Damn...I was about to correct you, but then I realized there is too much bollocks you wrote.
@@ralfrudi3963 I completely agree. He has no incentive to leave the club even though I'm sure Emery is under pressure to make him unhappy. In hindsight, resigning Ozil and firing Wenger was the wrong move. By now both would have been gone and the club would have not suffered the increase in players related cost.
@@Xani41 well judging on your response, it would not have been very insightful.

probably worth mentioning that Kroenke is pumping in money to the Rams and their new stadium
wrong. the city of LA is paying for the stadium
@@Rabbitthateats not in full. They have got loans yes, but he is also paying with quite a large amount of his own money. If arsenal fans knew how much money he is injecting into the Rams it would make a lot of fans cry
Business doesn't work that way, any money provisioned to Arsenal is in line with the financial reality of the club and its existing environment. As long as you do not have the full picture on the financial books et al on the Rams then there is not enough information for this point.
@@tokunboomonubi4329 he could inject money though like sheik mansur etc. and the club could not record a provit one season in order to invest in the squad, i know it's not what any typical business man would do because why would you lose money right?
But the way the other teams are spending every season it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the trend is that arsenal are slipping behind and their 'status' and brand is getting worse from missing CL etc, and because the owner isn't willing to throw money in the ocean and gamble like the oil sheiks are.
and im not delusional i know it would be against ffp to take that 1bn dollars and let arsenal spend it instead, but 40 mn pounds net spend or otherwise is not 'pushing the envelope' as far as it can go in order to try and keep up with the competition in the premier league.

£45M gets you nothing these days! It used to sound stupid when people said they favoured beautiful football over trophies... but it's starting to make sense! Trophies are out of most teams budget!
DT from aftv will tell you they have none
I take you haven’t actually listened to him. He is saying the exact opposite. He says that Arsenal have the money to buy top quality players, but the board refuses to spend so much!
Priince Brvce fairs
Yeah.. because Kroenke funneled it to the Rams. LOL
arsenal couldnt raise the wage bill, thats why we couldnt buy player last january, we fuck our wage bill by giving ozil way too much (and some player who are use as rotation have getting pay way too much too)
and the last 20 years arsenal have been shit at selling player to ,the higgest fee we have received from sale is fucking overmars years ago, even with inflated fee on player the dutch still our biggest sale lol
@@gojenson this video alone proves you're chatting shit
I found that AFC's Operating profit before exceptional costs and player trading for 2018 is 75.4M GBP. I think FFP states clubs are allowed to record a minimal loss of around 5-15M per year. Add to this any incoming money from outgoing transfers, a bigger sponsorship fee from Adidas (at least 15M+). So AFC's transfer budget can be as big as 100-200M pounds easily. And if they qualify for the UCL that can be almost doubled...
Brilliant as always Tifo.

We've got a new deal with Adidas coming into effect in the summer. Hopefully this gives us a bit if wiggle room. Doesn't look to promising going forward though.
Just some of the players likely to/definitely leaving wages per year:
Ozil (18.2m) Ramsey (5.72m) Cech (5.2m) Lichstiener (4.68m) Elneny (2.86m) Chambers (1.3m) Ospina (2.08m) Monreal (4.1m) Mustafi (4.5m)
Approximate total: 48,640,000/year
That's almost £50million off of the wage bill potentially
+ any of the players with resale value (Ozil(significant cut price)/Mustafi/Chambers/Elneny/Ospina) Estimated value £68-74m
+ Adidas Kit Deal (60m/season)
+ Emirates sponsorship renewal (40m/season)
+ Visit Rwanda(£10m/season)
That's almost £180million before TV money, season ticket sales and the potential of getting into the champions league and more unexpected player sales, I highly doubt Arsenal will only have £45million to spend this summer, not to mention transfer fee's are almost never paid in full up front.
In addition getting into the Champions League could be even easier as City may be banned next season with their spot going to whomever is in 5th place.
Arsenal also plan/can increase the capacity of their stadium once the promises to Islington council regarding infrastructure have been met I believe.
_ _ This comment is so on point 👍. Can I see your source for Arsenal's stadium proposal to the Islington Council, I'm very interested in that.
Excellent. Thanks for that.
Looking at Arsenal currently they *should* secure a spot in next seasons champions league. I hope this means a larger pot for the summer, from what i have seen the current set up would spend money wisely on the right players for the team. I hope they are not limited to only one or two moves
the most underrated channel EVER
I've heard that Arsenal will have from 60 - 100 mil because of the Adidas sponsorship
🤞 Not that anyone will want to join, even if we qualify for the CL. I'm also not sure Emery knows the kind of player that would succeed in the EPL...and we still haven't got a Director of Football to deal with it. Things can still go either way, but I try to remain positive. 😁
Please do about liverpool bteakimg the record for earning more profit than any other team in the world. How did they manage to do that
Nothing more to say apart from another belter from tifo... hope more and more arsenal fans see this to realise the reality apart from criticising their board
Can you make a video on the fall of Madrid. Ajax, Ronaldo, Bale drama. Would be grway to hear your brilliant insight.
We need more meet the billionaires/owners episodes
Was I the only one at 0:50 that noticed that in the 2017/18 season Sunderland went bottom of the championship, so they weren’t even in the prem yet were somehow in the comparison for the prem?
What about the Adidas deal and Emirates renewal? That’s an additional £60-80m. £125m doesn’t sound too shabby. And with a lot of dead wood to shift, we could see a massive overhaul.

I really need to do football finances. Looks hell'a interesting
@4:34 When you listed transfers, you said Sanchez which is wrong since he was a direct swap for Mkhitaryan where no money was involved. Just both players getting released and signed for free for their new clubs.
Otherwise a good video.
nixzorrr no money was involved but there was an agreed value in respect of fees for both players.
3:23 i think the formula should be income - expenses = profit
Not 40 mil to spend but 40 mil to invest on top of the regular limit. We have that tasty adidas deal paying us ×2 what puma will(whatever our current sponsors are). Then CL football will also add to the cash
So on the one hand, the financial discipline and self-sufficiency shown by Arsenal means that the club needs to be creative in order to hang with the other big EPL clubs.
On the other, it means that Arsenal probably won't be facing any penalties or transfer bans like some of these other clubs because it is playing by the rules.
Video on ajax new management of whole club please
The video failed to mention the wealth of the owners. The owner is worth around 6 Billion the 70 million profit is nothing to him. Arsenal could spend a huge amount on transfers like 200 million but they never do. Hence why Wenger was manager for 20 years he was a very low spending manager and the board prefer that
@Gennady Arshad Notowidigdo Compared to other clubs I disagree. Wenger didn't make any transfers that were too risky because he knew mistakes like these could be fatal for arsenal while clubs like City (ex: Robinho or Mahrez) and Chelsea (ex: Torres and Morata) can make these risks with far fewer consequences due to the support of rich and willing to finance owners. No one can defend all of Wenger's signing and even as an Arsenal fan I don't understand how players like Gabriel stayed at the club so long but in the grand scheme of things Wenger has made many less bad signings than any other top tier manager. The players he bought had a purpose and were usually successful. For example, Xhaka has now become essential to arsenal and Bellerin has become a world-class Right back under Emery. Not to mention all the bargains over the years.
Alex Nasoni MAIL they cannot spend 200 mil, they will be hit by Fair play rules. Unlike United the club arsenal generates less money.
Let’s look how much money the owner has put into the club for transfers.

@@MattJames37 To say Kroenke is 'well-liked' in america is falacy. Ask the Rams fans in St.Louis whos local favourite football team was moved 1,818 miles away to LA just so the owner could pump more cash out of the team.

Yous should mentioned how arsenal are taking steps to increase their commercial revenue with new shirt sponsors etc.
"Net spend. Don't talk about spend. Talk about net spend"
I don't know what others think, But I think this can be a good sigh as Kroenke will find it less attractive in keep holding on Arsenal. He will be likely to sell if a certain offer come. I have heard that Dangote was interested in Arsenal
Vanditha Souk - Yes! I think Kroenke would sell if the gravy train momentum continues going in the wrong direction!
Furthermore, Dangote is still interested in taking control of Arsenal and would be straight in there with an offer at the first possible opportunity! Usmanov also would not pass up the golden opportunity to finally fulfil his dream of owning one of the most revered sporting institutions in history, and make them Number #1 by the same token!
The 2 of these men owning an equal stake would be the perfect combination to make this happen!
@tifo football On 3:26 , I think you need to change the formula of profit ! The speaker got it right but the video guy messed it ! Do change that , I like you guys :)
3:06 "are where most would expect to see them"... 4th
The player sales figure doesn't look that great wen you look at the amount of money that they had to spend to stay at the same level basically. We aren't really selling high to buy a up-and-coming youngster for a relative bargain anymore, which is needed, but isn't likely to happen with the clueless scouting department/management.
good vid but you didnt mention owner investment at all
Arsenal Definitely need to finish minimum 4th and then Win the Europa League to generate income close to that of the top 4 (Man U, City, Liverpool and Spurs/Chelsea). Im not telling that they will do it, but only if that happens, Emery will have atleast 70-85mil to spend
This gives a clearer picture of why mesut özil is being ostracized by emery
unstoppableExodia not really, in my eyes keeping him out of the squad has only lowered his value and the amount teams would invest in his wage
Kaden Striebel it kinda makes Arsenal desperate sellers to an extent but he's under contract for a while which means he can't leave for free in a year so he'll get fed up and push for a move at the end of the season. His high wages and being over 30 probably limits the number of clubs that might try to sign him but at the end of the day. If emery can find a buyer in serie a where experience and class are prioritized over being under 30 then whatever transfer fee they can negotiate is more than the zero dollars they would have got had wenger not got him to sign an extension
All this is because of wenger, why would you give ozil a wage that's supposed to be paid to players like messi and ronaldo
NICHOLAS WAMAANI that's a good point. It was wenger who extended özil's contract
Can you please make a similar video for Chelsea? 🤔
We need a good winger and a really good centreback. I would love to see Nicolas Pépé at Arsenal but him alone would cost £40-50m+, and after that we still need to sign a CB. Given how shite our defence is and how desperate we are for good defenders, most teams will probably use that in their favor in order to drive their player´s price up. So we would probably need to spend around £45-60m just to get a CB that would actually improve our team. I think that £40m is way to little, even with net spend. I´d say that we need to spend atleast £90m this summer if we want to compete for anything again.
2 years later pepe cost 72 mill and saliba is on loan our club is shite

Arsenal have 100m even more if we get. Champions leauge- David ornstein so I believe it
All i know that they need to sell Ozil to take the next step towards better things.
DT said it quite rightly that the writer who said Arsenal only have 45 million is the same guy who made up some bullshit about something else (forgot what it was he said it in a recent video) so i wouldnt think emery only has a base budget of 45 million before player sales maybe 60-70
I acknowledge that this is not part of the current topic (Arsenal) but your team needs to really consider analyzing Ole gunner Soljgier tactics in Manchester United. Tell me what he did yesterday vs PSG didn't surprise your team. Analyse why he is able to figure out United and win Games better than Mourinho and LVG, two very very successful managers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!
Do premier league teams have to publically release their numbers? Is it because of Uefa?
It's because they're listed companies on the stock exchange, so as publicly listed companies they have to publish their accounts (or a short version of them)
45 mil looks about right tbf
If we’re able to sell Özil for 25 mill at least then we could be looking at getting 2-3 young defenders in and work on that.
A LW is important but Reiss Nelson should be coming back from loan so Iwobi can fuck off to the bench
Also WE HAVE TO SELL Mustafi and maybe Xhaka- with that, we could get a new Creative CM - Denis Suarez is a BIG,BIG no from me.
Not sure who to put in the mid so I guess we may need to keep Xhaka until next season
Arsenal are one of the richest clubs in the world but dont act like it when it comes to transfers..
Shouldn't it be Income-Expences= Profit? I don't know anything about finance but that didn't make sense to me...
