I love La Scala and especially Nicoletta Mani who puts her steely strong technique at the service of the ballet, while remaining fresh and unpretentious. I think also that Manuel Legris is putting his stamp on the company as he did in Vienna. Beautiful sets, costumes, lighting, everything 🩰❤️🌹✨

Adoro la Manni gran signora della scena e Del Freo elegante e leggero in ogni sua movenza, una bella coppia eleganti e fluidi molto precise le prese, ottima l'espressività. Credo meriterebbero di essere visti un po' più spesso anche su CZcams.
Spiace solo che pur essendoci commenti anglo-americani non ci sono commenti da parte degli spettatori russi che essendo molto colti in materia di danza classica avrebbero potuto esprimere le loro impressioni... insomma mi sarebbe piaciuto molto avere un loro giudizio. Sarei assai curiosa di conoscere il loro giudizio sui nostri grandi ballerini.

I've only seen bits and pieces of Manni before, so thanks for this. She is absolutely flawless! This was my first introduction to DeFrio, and he's another WOW! I guess all the brilliant danseurs aren't just with the big companies like the Royal and the Bolshoi. Again, thx for posting!
Than you! I agree and was privileged to see Manni live in The Sleeping Beauty at La Scala in 2019. She has been one of my top favorite ballerinas ever since!
@@TheBunduBallerina What was she like as Aurora? There's that one goofy video of Misty Copeland as Giselle with Manni as Myrtha {Copeland may be off the music and looks like she needs a forklift to get into the air on jumps} and I always want to ask "Why, LaScala, why?" and ask the video Grapher why we couldn' t get even a few seconds of Manni dancing {as either Myrtha or Giselle}.
@@minissa2009 Nicoletta Manni was perfection as Aurora - a breath of fresh air as the young princess and then beautifully matured as the ballet progresses. She reminded me of Carla Fracci and I learned afterwards that she was coached by Fracci. They are both legendary dancers.

I remember being mesmerized by her cleqn bqlqnces and extensions attitude->arabesque in that video that runs around YT---I think it started as part of that truly delightful show"The Ballerinas." She and Peter Ustinov were various balllerinas and maestros (or financiers)
@@minissa2009 It was indeed an incredible Rose. I think Nicoletta Manni should be far more famous. She is unique!
My studio did this whole part of the dance, and the role of Paquita was switched out throughout the students. I was chosen to do the 32 fouettés

Прошу вас указывать какой это театр или хотя бы страну, я так понимаю, что это Гранд Опера. Мне понравилось, оба хороши, чрезвычайно точны,все движения отработаны абсолютно.
Указывать нужно. Похоже, что это всё-таки театр Ла Скала в Милане. Николетта Манни итальянка, она там танцует.
